Icee Hot Air Conditioning and Heating was very professional and diligent in the work they performed in replacing our old heater. They were on time and worked efficiently. Bernie and his coworker answered any questions we had. We were happy with a working heater! Once they completed their work , Bernie scheduled two follow ups. We had the HER Home Energy personnel visit us to check that the heater that was properly installed. They (HER) were also polite, diligent and professional as the check our newly installed heater. The HER personnel, reported to us, that everything looks fine. After this visit, we had one more visit from the city inspector, they reviewed the report and doubled check everything was done correctly. I would definitely recommend this company, because the quality and professionalism by this company to ensure the our heater was working properly was outstanding.

We hired Bernie and ICEE Hot to service our central a/c and heating system. He showed up on time, was very thorough, pleasant to deal with and cleaned the equipment. He also ran the system and showed me the electrical output of the blower motor which needed a new capacitor to make it operate more efficiently. We would definitely hire Bernie again to maintain our system and would recommend him for HVAC service!

After simply changing the batteries on my thermostat, the HVAC system would no longer turn on. Bernie stopped by and pointed out that the power outlet to the HVAC had become disconnected because of a ladder I had placed near the unit. That's it, simple fix. I have to thank Bernie for his straightforward honesty.

We scheduled for a AC maintenance. Technician Bernie is great to work with. He respects his job, knowledgeable, polite, details oriented and work thoroughly. He diagnosed the cooling system and made helpful suggestions. His customer service is superb and we will definitely have him for heater tune up next time.

Bernie is a very committed AC professional who takes time to listen to customer concerns. Bernie took ownership of our AC concerns and let us know very quickly what the schedule would be per his best availability to repair our unit. Bernie was prompt during the appointment window and immediately and competently got to work. Our system is blowing cold now, and the entire appointment took less than an hour. We had 2 new units installed and all new ducts. Bernie and his team did a phenomenal job. They were professional, courteous, reasonably priced and clearly know what they are doing. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Great company and impeccable customer service. I had an asbestos issue and super old ducts in our new home on top of many other issues. The first company I spoke with needed 2 weeks to start and 3-4 days to complete. Icee Hot was able to come in on 2 days notice and got it done in 2 days and for a great price! I will be sticking with them on any AC related projects In the future. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend quantum air conditioning very professional they came in clean out the vents they even took off there shoes left everything very clean replaced parts in the air conditioning unit very reasonable 10 STARS they came out and replaced my old unit for a new one ver professional very happy Jose is so helpful

SCAMMERS. I cannot believe the audacity Jose has to scam me and be extremely rude and unprofessional by cussing my family out over the phone. He scammed our family and refused to comply with our AC issues.

They repaired and replaced the units on our building. Quote was fair and the work was done quickly and with expertise. Highly recommend. System works like a champion now!!
