Was calling around and no one could come out today cause it was a holiday. Called Jose and he said he would be 3pm, he showed up 30 minutes early!! ! Jose was professional diagnosed and explained exactly what needed to be done. Quoted us a great price didn't take advantage of the holiday and got it done. Awesome job. My heating went out. I called Quantum and Jose identified the problem, found the part, and fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. Jose was on time, professional and cleanly with the work. I really appreciate it and recommend Quantum to handle HVAC issues!!

We are quite pleased with the service we received. He came out on a Tuesday, diagnosed the issue and found us the cheapest way to handle it, returned with a crew the following day and fixed everything! So glad to have our AC fixed in this crazy summer heat. Will definitely call them again in the future for maintenance!

Jose from quantum air was great to work with! He was patient, responsive and professional in answering all of our questions. He provided several different options to us and worked with us to identify the best solutions for our house. The work they did was awesome, affordable, fast and they were sure to clean up after. This is the nicest man who is so incredibly honest. For the item he installed for us, he guaranteed it AND, despite the fact the warranty was up in one day (which he could have just not returned our call so the warranty would expire), he happily honored it and fixed our problem. He has repeatedly helped us with our outdated unit and been more than fair with the prices he's charged us. This is a true blue person who is top notch; LOVE his work and his ethics.

I had their team install my ductless AC system for a cost that was actually reasonable when compared to what other companies were charging. They did a good job. Also had them come over a few times to clean out the head units for look at my heater. Great company.

Jose came to check out our furnace on an emergency which was not working the day before on a weekend morning. However it start working just fine when he was here.
He checked the furnace, sensors and the thermostat and did not find anything odd.
He recommended a furnace clean up and service and did not charge anything for showing up that day.
He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Quantum.

We have used Jose for two big jobs and have been happy with his work both times. First he installed our whole house fan and then he replaced our condenser. He is always polite, professional and patient with all my questions. Thank you Jose! Another family member of mine has also used his AC services. He's been fairly priced in all situations!

Called Quantum Heating regarding my two AC units needing R22 Freon. Jose was very quick to respond and schedule a time to come out right away and stated that he charges $85 per unit to do diagnostic. He came out and plug a freon meter to the two units and said that the units were low on one by 1.5-2 lbs of R22 Refridgerant and the second unit barely had any R22 which meant there were leaks to the two system. I thought the diagnostic would include him testing the unit in the attic but that was all that he did and he charge me $160 and gave me 3 estimates. First estimate was to pump in 5lb of R22 at a rate of $400 per lb plus $600 leak inspection and repair with a discount of $300 because i was referred to him by a coworker for a total of more than $2600. The second estimate was for converting the system to the new refridgerant freon and it would be $1800 per unit for a total of $3600. The third was to replace the two units with a 3 ton heat pump system which would cost about $21,000.

I did some googling on the price of R22 Refrigerant and found out that the wholesale price of R22 to installer is around $50-$100 per lb. I was shock that Jose was quoting me $400 per pound. I don't expect Quantum to charge me the range that Google is estimating but to charge me 4x the high range is ridiculous. I ended calling another company which another co worker recommended and they came out, tested my units and said one unit barely had any left. They charged me $700 for 5 lb of R22 Refrigerant and $150 for the leak detection and repair for a total of $850 while Quantum would have charge me over $2600. My AC units are now blowing cold air in every rooms. Before they left, they went back up to the attic to reinspect the units again to make sure it no longer has any leaks. The $160 diagnostic was really a waste of money since no other inspection was done to the system.

I used their services for the last 4 years. Jose was quick to respond to my call to schedule a service for my unit. Once you’re in their system it’s easy to communicate with them. There was a little bit of a delay on the time of appt but it’s understandable. They came and figure out what was wrong with my unit and be able to fix it on that same day. I am satisfied with their service and their professionalism and knowledge about the job.

This was for a repair at a property other than home. Jose was on time, diligent and his pricing was to industry standards. He does both commercial and residential work.

Jose and his team are the only ones we trust when we have a/c and heating issues. They have serviced our home for over 10yrs now. He is honest with his work and won’t try to upsell you. I hope he never leaves the Corona area. Hard to find trustworthy ppl nowadays.

We had an older model ac and just wasn't doing the job. We called for an estimate. Jose came out, he was very truthful letting us know he could keep repairing the system but just wasn't big enough for our house. He gave us a great quote and we went with new systems since ours was like 30 yrs old. This business is very professional. Took great care with removing,taking out and disguarding old system then replacing with new units. He followed up with in one week to make sure everything was good. He comes every year to preform maintenance, replace filters. We have recommended Jose to many family and friends who went with his company and with all good reviews from them. We highly recommend Quantum Air. Jose does his best to get you in as quick as possible even during this hot weather. You won't be disappointed!!

Great experience using this company. Jose came by to fix my downstairs AC unit and got it running (fan motor issue) without charging me anything (who does that any more!). He came by again to recharge it and replaced the fan motor. At this point, this unit worked better than it has in years! I was in the process of replacing my upstairs unit with another contractor. I asked Quantum to provide a quote and their pricing was very competitive and they could do the replacement the same week. The day of the replacement, his crew showed up on time, finished in a few hours (way ahead of planned install time) and had the new AC/Heater unit working great. This upstairs unit now cools the house better than the original unit ever did. The workmanship and installation warranty was better as well then the other contractors I spoke. What more can I say other than I'll be using this company again in the future!!!
