Austin was the technician today, he showed me photos of the system testing, where all the mechanical settings were before and after, and very clean. Just finished up one of the best experiences I've ever had with any type of sales person or as he called it "Educator" he was very thorough and explained the process for us wanting to add a AC unit to our mobile home. Alex came out as scheduled. He identified the problem and confirmed that it in fact damage due to rodents. He attempted to fish out existing wire but this was the rattiest of rats and made that impossible. He did offer options to this dilemma, so it wouldn’t be as traumatic as it could be and was able provide a quality repair at a very reasonable price. Alex was very polite and professional and Navid kept his word with scheduling and cost. I will definitely use their services again when needed and highly recommend.

In the middle of a scorching summer, yet another one of my AC units gave out. Of course, I called my trusted team, and they were ready — arriving right at 7:00 AM. There was a small mix-up with the address (totally my fault), but once we realized it, they graciously corrected it without any frustration or delay. Just calm, professional service.

By the end of the visit, my air was clean, cool, and flowing again — and I even signed up for their care program to help maintain my units long-term. Peace of mind is priceless!

First I want to say thank you so much to the New Age Team! Mike, Daniel, Naphi & Lake were all a pleasure and made sure we were taken care of. Mike was very thorough when walking me through the estimate and by no means made me feel pressured to make any decision. He simply went over all the details and gave me 4 solid options that New Age could provide for my situation. After much deliberation i spoke with Mike and we came to an agreement and the work started promptly. The technicians that took care of my install were extremely professional and I felt comfortable with them in my home. To top it all off, New Age took care of us and even installed a register in our homeschool classroom as an added bonus to ensure our family was comfortable. New Age Air sent a technician the same day. Daniel, the tech, was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my AC in a way a little kid would understand. He was a no BS kinda guy. My AC was running but cold air was not coming out. After the service, My AC was running like a champ. Great company and great technician. The service provided was reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully not anytime soon.

I had New Age heating and air so the maintenance tune up on my central air unit that they installed many years ago. Like always the Techs they send out are always top notch. Alex my tech let me know what he was checking and tested everything even cleaned up when he was done. Best part all my unit checked out great and he never tried to up sale me in other services, which is not uncommon with other companies. They have great employees from setting my appointment to the billing at the end. Can’t find too many companies like this these days. 10 stars.

We have had issues with our zone system for a few years, Danial with new New Age Air came out, diagnosed and and found a solution for our problem within an hour. Excellent service very professional I would recommend them highly.

My AC stop working. New age Air. Sent there technician Austin out to repair it. He was on time and very professional. Took his time to explain everything he was doing. Austin got my AC unit up in running in no time.

Daniel is Amazing. It is HoTT, it is summer, and I had tenants moving in the following day. Daniel stayed late into the afternoon fixing and cleaning my AC unit. He also educated me on how it works, what went wrong and tips on keeping it running efficient. Price was very competitive and I will use them again.

Best of the Best as o searched Google and read there name I decided to text them with my issue. Immediately I received a text back asking what the issues were and how fast that I need service. As I explained they were making the call at that time to a technician near my location as it didn’t take more than a half an hour for them to show up. As you know that’s after the battle of service these days, but not only did technician Lake arrive but immediately took care of the Issue and since everything is through technology the payment & invoice was in my hand. Now that’s what I call quick easy service along with resolving the issue and only paid the quote I was given with a total of two hours! I not only highly Recommend New Age heating and air, but would ask for technician Lake! Thanks again team!
