My wife and I have used Sheldon's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plymbing for a number of years. We also use their "maintenance program" for twice a year maintenance service. We have been super happy with both Sheldon's as well as their very knowledgable, professional and capable maintenance and installation technicians. Was wonderful he found the real problem with are ac and it was not the ac but the electic box on the house he saved use thousands of dollars in the fact we did not need to replace the ac unit and also got some one out next day to fix the breaker box and fuses i would 100 % advise others to use there service and i will only be using them from now on in my home and my mothers.

We have a yearly inspection subscription, they come out twice to check and clean. All good so far.
They told me they will arrive between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. They arrived at 8:00 am sharp, which was great for me.
They send written quotes for potential repairs every time they come for an inspection.
I told them I will get a second opinion and call them when I need them.

Sheldon's HVAC did my 6 month maintenance on both of my 3 Ton A/C that is 13 years old. They replaced the compressor motor and fan blade that was cracked on 1 of the unit, replaced 1 of the blower motor in the attic due to a bearing leak and installed an Air Scrubber to kill bacterias to prevent allergies in my household. All these for a great price compared to other companies. Great job Josh.

Still waiting on the work to be finished. It has been a week and I was told that the job would only take 2 days. Communication has been terrible and I’ve missed days of work expecting someone to be at my house working on my bathroom. I called and express my concerns to be told I’m getting a different bathtub and I should be happy because it’s a more expensive bathtub than the one I thought I was getting. The amount of days I’ve miss from work almost make this repair not worth it, plus I’ve been without a bathroom for a week. I wasn’t going to complain but I keep getting txt and emails asking for feedback. I’ve had work done by Sheldon’s in the past that was great but as of lately they have been dropping the ball on many things.Sad to see such a drop in customer service and repair quality.

Had a large leak from the plenum (where duct work attaches to forced air unit). Joseph responded next day. He adjusted the ductwork and retaped it and now air flows to all rooms. Joser was friendly, courteous, and fast. He even vacuumed the area to clean it up.

Will definately use Sheldon's again.

Josh or JP was a nice guy, seems to be honest. He looked at everything and explained and showed me of things I might have to repair, and what not. The price is reasonable, unlike others try to chop an arm and a leg of the customers. I would recommend people to call this Sheldon’s AC/Heat, plumbing company and you will be satisfied with their service(s). I will definitely keep this company on my list for future maintenance and more. Thank JP for coming out to my house for the service.

Truth be told, we've probably been lucky to have gotten away without a/c maintenance for as long as we have...13 years! We noticed that our neighbor was using Sheldon's one day, and they said they were very pleased with the service plan. I spoke to a very nice associate named Regina who told me all about their company and their services. Today, I had my service call, and the technician did a very thorough job. He showed me where/why I needed new parts and I must admit I was skeptical, not because of anything he did, just horror stories you hear about online...which isn't really fair. Knowing that I had neglected my system, maintenance wise, AND it's 13-year age, I agreed to let them replace the parts. To my surprise, the technician worked some behind the scenes magic and made the repair bill FAIR and AFFORDABLE. It's also important to note that the wife was very happy that our A/C won't crap out in July when it's 105 degrees. The service plan is affordable and word of mouth is key and I give them 5-Stars.

I have used Sheldon's a few times. They say what they do and they do what they say. This is my go to company for air conditioning. Great response time even in the middle of the busy summer heat waves. The prices are reasonable too! Call them. You won't be dissapointed.

After getting cancelled by a different company the day of service, I panicked and called Sheldon's. It was a Saturday morning at 9:30 in the dead heat of summer, and within minutes, Edgar was assigned to our rental property. He was at the property within 90 minutes and was honest at assessing the situation, the tenants felt comfortable with him in their house, and he was in great communication with me. Edgar fixed the ac and everything was handled over the phone. It is hard to find vendors that are trustworthy without being there in person, and we definitely recommend Sheldon's -and especially Edgar. Easy 5 stars.

5stars for over 10 years. I think the difference is the employees they hire. So far, all have been Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with suggestions for future projects, and so much more. I believe they’re pricing fair and quality first rate. This week, Joser, was just amazing. Our furnace stopped heating on Wednesday and your technician Ivan came out and diagnosed our problem. We were given a couple of options and we went with installing a new furnace and your company was veryable to install the next day by Dean and David they were very professional and put down drop cloths on our hardwood floors. From Bryan the sales manager,Ivan the technician to the installers Dean and David they treated us with kindness and made us feel confident that we made the right decision to go with your company.

New A/C and heating unit installed earlier this year. The process was painless and the team was always helpful and friendly. They did a great job cleaning up after install. The system worked perfectly through the hot summer. Even when the tech returned for routine maintenance check months later, he was friendly and asking questions to ensure the system was completely functional and that I am happy with it. Thank you!

A wonderful experience if you need a plumber. Andrea is my go to guy!! He knows what needs to be done, is professional and there is no mess when he leaves. I will want him back should I need another plumbing issue.
