My water heater went out this weekend and I called them and they came out within 24 hours and did a super nice job and cleaned up well. Everyone was very pleasant and I am 100% satisfied with the work they performed.

RWB was awesome from start to finish! Had them relocate gas and water lines in my kitchen. They were on time, flexible schedule and very reliable. Highly recommend!

We called Red White & Blue hvac because our AC was not working. They immediately sent out Ryan their technician who detected and fixed the issue. Our AC works better than before. Great service. We highly recommend them.

These guys are the real deal . My heater went out last week. These guys were very knowledgeable and professional . They didn't try to upsale me and sell me a whole new unit like the other guys I called did . Ryan , came out and quickly found out my pilot light was out lol. Solved my problem , and didn't break my bank . Now that is service , if I could give these guys 10 stars I would . Thanks guys!!

RWB HVAC...They are very good at what they do. I called on Monday and they were here that afternoon, which was awesome since i had a leak under my house that they fixed. Very friendly and professional on all levels. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing and or air conditioner/heating service.

These guys are the best. They show up on time, they are friendly, they get the job done and they don't overcharge or try to sell you something you don't need. My father has owned his home for 30 years and is now in retirement. He called another plumbing company and was quoted 3 choices, all included optional changes. The lowest was 5 digits with a payment plan of 10 years.
I called to get a second opinion. I was genuinely shocked at the difference. 1/3 the lowest cost to do what was needed!
I’m sure there are quite a few people that have elderly parents that are on a fixed income that own their home and just need repairs. If upgrades are wanted they can be asked for not placed on as a minimum choice.
I will recommend this company to anyone who will listen.
Please always get a second opinion!

I would definitely recommend family and friends HVAC they came in saw the problem and fixed it without charging me the thousands that others wanted to charge. I definitely appreciate it especially as seniors. Thank you again.

LOVED working with friends & family hvac! Everyone from this company from the front desk admin to the techs were so friendly and patient answering all my questions. No one tried to oversell me. They actually told me I could have ridden out my old system til it died, which I decided not to do as I was afraid of leaks, but I appreciated that about them. I did not have that experience elsewhere. Their quality of work and professionalism is amazing! Great value. They would always tell me when they're on their way and show up on time as scheduled. One time they were running behind schedule and the office admin called to warn me, which I very much so appreciate because I work from home. They gave me an itemized quote of all my options with suggestions and pictures of what the new set up would look like. Everything went exactly as they said. Team I worked with was Nick Mazurier, Kenny Neyra, Giovanni Torres, Mike Meza, and Rafael Torres.

I am having a new Lennox system installed. The team showed up promptly and put in a full day. Extremely personable and professional. The system looks great!

My heat system is still not working. Another company was sent by my warranty company. They have been out several times and cannot find the problem. They closed the service request with the warranty company saying whatever was wrong the warranty company would not cover it. They were supposed to return to continue researching the problem but have been unable to schedule an appointment with me for the last two weeks. I have been without heat for more than a month now and the weather will be worsening soon. In desperation, I called another HVAC company, Friends and Family HVAC. Edgar came and within an hour found the issue to be a “fried” defrost board. He also found disconnected wires and wires cut that should not have been cut. He took multiple photographs of the damage and wrote a report for his company Friends and Family HVAC. His office will be forwarding the photos and report to me and I will provide them to my warranty company. The estimate to replace the defrost board was more than $1,300.00. That does not include the repairs to the wiring and connectors. I am happy to find Friends and Family HVAC and will be using them for the repairs. Thank you!!

Jason was very personable, professional, detailed in explaining every step of what he was going to perform and helpful in answering my questions for his recommended items for my home systems (Water shut off valve, search, protector, air purifier system, new ducting information).

Justin came out to check out my AC and to give me different options for a new unit. Justin was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me all the facts and bent over backwards to find me the best system at the right price. He set up the appointment for next day installation. He let me know to call him with any questions. He is an asset to the company.

Friends and Family walked through all of the potential problems with my old 20 year old system with pictures and took the time to thoroughly review my system and answer all my questions. I eventually bought a new AC system instead of a repair. I am so happy I did. They were professional clean and stuck to their word. The purchasing process was very seemless and thorough. I recommend them and will do future business with Friands and Family.

Sonny and Angel came out on Friday right on time to install my new air conditioner. They were both very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and neatly. They cleaned up any messes they made.When they were finished they walked through everything to make sure I understood and that I could call them any time if I had any questions. This is the second time in three years that I have used them and have been blown away with their customer service in all areas of their business, from Lorena and Bella at the call center to Justin the sales rep and Sonny and Angel the installers, Friends and Family Heating and Air conditioning couldn’t have a better crew. Andrew & Jay came out to my house to perform an A/C tune up. Andrew did an outstanding job in cleaning the coils, inspecting the A/C components, and communicating well on his procedure of cleaning/servicing the A/C unit.
