I had a great experience with Matrix. They installed a new air conditioner for me. Not only were they the lowest price but they were very professional. The installer, Evan, was friendly, polite and respectful of my home.

Anthony and Jose showed up on time and were kind and polite. They installed a new ac unit, kept the area clean and were respectful. They put my patio furniture back when they were done. Kept me informed with the process and were all together great techs.

Micheal And Julio came out to fix our AC! They completely replaced the entire system, inside and out super fast. I’ve been with our AC for a month and a half and already my house feels amazing!

Tyler was very knowledgeable and insightful. He worked quickly to find a resolution to the issue and was able to discuss the concerns in laypersons terms so I can as able to understand what was wrong and what was needed to fix the issue. Tyler was also very thorough and thoughtful - after the repair was technically complete, there was a rattle coming from the unit that he didn’t want to leave me stuck with so he worked diligently to determine the cause and was able to stop the noise, despite the fact that he didn’t have to do so since the repair was technically complete. Thanks again!

Tyler and Jon were the Technicians that came out to install our new air conditioning system. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and confidently answered all of our questions regarding HVAC. Before today, we went 2 solid weeks without AC. Our thermostat was reading an inside air temperature of 89°. I highly recommend Jon and Tyler of Matrix HVAC Inc. If you cannot get Jon and Tyler specifically, don't you worry..

Marco and Julio came out and installed a new ac and exterior unit. And let me say these guys are fast, professional and extremely good at their job! They came in and took the old units out and got the new ones in and definitely kmow what theyre doing! Highly reccomend for all ac and heating hvac needs!

Apartment AC wasn't working for a while. My complex contracted Matrix.
Julio and Rogelio came down to SD and put in a full day repairing it.
They were both knowledgeable professionals, and the COLD results speak for themselves!

My technician Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. My air conditioning issue was fixed in a very timely manner with multiple options of finding a solution. Tyler was patient and friendly. Great technician and phenomenal work ethic. This company did a great job hiring this guy. Will do business with this company in the future.

JULIO, TIM , MICHAEL did an amazing job fixing our Ac unit,they were in an out and took very little time to repair our Ac they got our hot house cool again, they did an amazing job which was very well appreciated considering that it gets so hot here in 29. Would recommend this company for fixing your Ac Unit and other maintenance. Again thank you to JULIO,TIM, and MICHAEL for doing an amazing job.

Tim was my technician today. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was working. He first came out and stated more needed to be done but had to get approved by the district office first. I thought omg that’s gonna take forever. My shock I got a call within the hour. Tim came back and went to work. Unfortunately the unit was giving him a hard time, but Tim did not give up! He stayed and ensured everything was working to full capacity before he left. Best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend The company and Tim for your technician.

Evan took his time and ensure that our AC unit is thoroughly checked. He made reasonable recommendations and was efficient in getting the job done. Evan was polite and professional when answering our questions. We were fortunate to have found them.
