I have worked with several HVAC companies in the past but never one with the professionalism and customer centricity as Matrix. The outstanding experience started with Claire the entry point to the organization and scheduling. She is courteous, accommodating and takes the time to understand the customer's needs. At the actual appointment, Omar and Evan arrived. They had a very professional appearance and offered that same customer focused attitude. They were quick to diagnose and offer options to resolve our issues. I also threw them the unexpected challenge of setting me up with an app based wifi thermostat. They had an incredible product on the truck that the installed meticulously and took the time to reach us how to operate it. It is my favorite new toy!. Evan and Omar are simply incredible!! This was my best HVAC service experience. I cannot recommend Matrix enough. They are truly outstanding!!!

Matrix did an outstanding job on my air conditioning installation. They quickly ordered a system and installed right away. The price was very fair and the insulation and of course the removal of the old equipment was done in a very neat manner that did not cause any damage to my property and they kept their workspace extremely clean. I don’t know if I’ve met a more professional group of guys. Thank you to Stephen Rogers, Micheal Lucio, and Dakota Rodine.

This company is the real deal. Their technician Jason and office manager Sharon were very professional. Upon arrival, the technician was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately and had my AC up and running. High recommend using them because they are honest, fairly priced, and know their business.

They came out on a Sunday to help with a small issue due to my aging mom on oxygen. Not only did they fix the issue but took time to educate me on how to properly maintain my system. So grateful they were near me and came out to help.

Jason came out, identified the issue and fixed the problem the same day. We had already gone through a previous AC company who was not able to help us at, stating an electrical issue. The following electrical company felt the issue was the AC and disregarded us. Jason, was the only one who figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem promptly.
