I’m not kidding when I say this, and I really want somebody to test me on this. They are the absolute best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They have the most legitimate people I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. In my opinion will completely revolutionized the construction industry if they continue to do business like they do absolutely fantastic couldn’t ask for a better experience.

On September 22, 2025, Friends & Family HVAC completed the installation of a new 4-Ton AC Pro system with inverter technology at my home, and I could not be more pleased with the results.
From the very beginning, the team was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. A special thanks goes to Justin Samuels, the comfort advisor, who was professional, attentive, and able to provide a fair and satisfactory price for the new system. He clearly explained my options and made the decision process straightforward and stress-free.
On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and orderly once the project was complete.
The new system itself has already made a noticeable difference. The inverter technology allows the unit to run quietly and efficiently, keeping the home cool while using less energy. I can feel the difference in comfort and know I’ll be saving on energy costs over time.
Overall, this was a seamless and stress-free experience. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality workmanship Friends & Family HVAC delivered, and I would highly recommend them -and Justin Samuels to anyone in need of reliable, top-tier and reputable HVAC service.

homes heater quit providing heat durimg the cold snap and holidays. scheduled right away, arrived on time, excellent communication. Our technician Adam did a thorough diagnosis of system, which i did not expect for such a reasonable service fee. Found the problem to be a reset with no replacement or repairs needed. Also checked warranty on unit and provided terms. Extremely informative honest and operated w integrity. I will be changing maintenance service at another home because of this great experience and highly recommend this family owned business!

This place is awesome! The techs that come out are always super friendly and explain everything in detail! Abram is the most recent tech that came out and he was awesome! He showed us pictures of the before and after of multiple parts pertaining to our system.Super happy with him!

Adam and his supervisor arrived on time and ready to provide their maintenance. They explained everything that they were going to do and answered my questions. Afterwards, Adam showed me pictures of the recommendations and explained each. I am a customer of the 'Family Rewards Plan', which is quite helpful. Adam is a great representative of the company and provides top-notch customer service.

I had a 15 yr old HVAC system that was at end of its life. While searching for the right contractor I remembered they did work on our house a year ago and we were impressed with the quality of their work. I could have kept my old system and wait for it completely brake but I’m I glad I didn’t. As soon as they brought down my old equipment I was shocked that my evaporator coils were all rusty. Now, I’m confident that the air I’m breathing is much cleaner and crisper.
As for the team, they work hard and make sure their customers are 100% satisfied.

Highly recommend. They installed 2 new furnaces/air purifiers in my home. They addressed my concerns and made sure I was happy. Installers were professional and friendly as well. I really appreciated Tyler answering my calls, and ensuring that I was happy. They did everything I asked. Thanks again!

Rigo was respectful of our home by using shoe covers upon entering our home.
He confirmed with us the issue with our HAVC - heater will not turn on. He assessed the problem, explained the issue to us in a manner that was easy to understand. Rigo gave us the options for repairs and costs. Upon our decision, he ordered the unit that was to be replaced, and will return to repair soon. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us to make a hasty decision. We feel confident in his ability to do a good, honest job.

Jay was very knowledgeable educating us on the correct size unit we should have for our rental property. Nacho Aguilera and Jose did a spectacular job installing our new 3 ton system – condenser, coil and furnace. They kept the property clean with drop cloths during the project, and executed a thorough installation with an excellent attention to detail. I truly appreciate it.🙏🏻

Adam was fantastic to work with. Our HVAC system is just a little over two years old and unfortunately the builder wouldn’t help, which was disappointing considering the age.
Adam was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Thankfully it wasn’t a major issue, but he handled it quickly and professionally.

I had to get my HVAC system and ducts replaced. Domenick made the process easy by setting up everything for installation and scheduling the dates. Justin did a great job installing my system and ensured everything was completed efficiently and professionally. Everyone involved was really nice throughout the entire process and took the time to walk me through the new system, explaining how it works and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Family & Friends HVAC for replacing your HVAC system/duct work.

After calling and speaking to Bella, who was very polite and helpful, she arranged for a technician to come to my home. Alfred arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem being the compressor fan motor had gone bad. I was impressed that he put on shoe covers over his shoes when walking through my house. I appreciated that. He checked on the parts availability and determined that he would have to come back in about 3 or 4 days to complete the work. He also explained to me the maintenance program that his company offered. I did sign up for their maintenance plan since I believe it's important to take care of my equipment. Alfred's demeanor was one that showed he cared and took pride in his job. When he returns he will install new fan motor which was covered under warranty but the labor was not. He will also do the service program on my air conditioning system after the repair is completed. So far I am impressed with Friends and Family HVAC and their technician Alfred Birnhaupl.

Our AC stopped working during a hot week and called around to a few places to see how quickly we could get someone to come out and take a look. F&F HVAC had the earliest availability (<48h) so we had them come out to take a look.

Isaac Avila was the tech who came out and did a great job diagnosing the issue. He quickly ruled out all the common issues (capacitor, fuse, etc) and found the problem not too long after that. Unfortunately, my ancient ~40-year-old furnace unit had decades of condensation buildup over the years and rusted a lot of the interior. Even though it was way past due for a replacement, he did give me all my options for what it would take to just get it up and running quickly vs a better long-term fix (total unit replacement).

We decided we wanted to replace the unit and he was able to schedule a Project Manager to come out and work out our options and scheduling. Justin Samuels came out within a couple hours and walked us through the process. He talked about the different types of units, pros and cons, what our usage was and priorities were (cost/efficiency/financing/etc). He gave us different options at different price points - never felt like he was trying to upsell us on something we didn't need.

Justin was able to schedule a crew to come out first thing in the morning the next day to remove the old unit and install the new unit. I wasn't expecting them to be able to have it done that quick, but two techs (Salvador and Jesus) were there on time at 8am and got everything working just after noon.

Very happy with the communication, professionalism, speed, and quality of everyone I dealt with throughout the process. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work and will call them first anytime we need work in the future.

Friends & Family Heating and Air did an excellent job replacing our furnace.

Their communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why, which made the entire process easy to understand as a homeowner. Even though I’m comfortable and competent with mechanical work myself, they treated me like an adult — not talked down to or rushed.

They protected the house by lining the walls, worked efficiently, and checked the ducting to make sure everything was running properly.

The full replacement took about 6.5 hours, and the house was heating correctly before they left.

The Gold Service warranty brings real peace of mind, knowing we’ll be taken care of long-term. Professional, upfront, and detail-oriented. I’d absolutely recommend them.

They did a great job replacing my central AC and heating unit. Wow I'm extremely impressed how quickly they had IT done. 8 hours and it was done. Starting with Adam who did our routine maintenance. He was great at explaining what he was doing and checking for. He made it clear when providing us options for repair/ replacement and never felt pushed to do anything. We then met with Domenick to get a quote for replacement. He also did a great job explaining our options, and clearly broke down prices and financing options. All of our questions were answered and gave us to confidence to go forward with replacement of furnace and A/C. Juan and Jose came to do the removal and replacement of the unit and did an amazing job. Quality of workmanship was a million times better than what it looked like before. Overall our total experience was great, and we are glad we chose Friends and Family to keep up with our furnace and A/c needs.
