I can not say enough about Jose and his crew. He came promptly after I first phoned him about our a/c issue. He communicated throughout the day about his arrival time. He assessed our situation and gave me his honest opinion. There was no pressure selling or upselling. He discussed our different options and the price difference. Jose was able to offer us a new system well under the bid I had already received. He and his crew were also able to get our install day 2 days earlier than first scheduled. I look forward to using his company for all of our air and heating needs. Thank you Jose!!!

Jose was recommended to be by neighbors who have trusted him/Quantum Heating & Air Conditioning for years. When my AC stopped providing cold air I called up after hours and left a voice mail. I got an immediate response the next day that even honored my prefer call back preference time-as I am a teacher, and Jose came and addressed the issue and fixed the issue (capacitor) right away.
I truly appreciate when anybody/company comes to work in my home and is ok with me watching them work and also answers all my questions about the process. I am genuinely interested in understanding how things and people work. Thank you Jose.

I am so glad I found "Quantum Heating & Air conditioning Inc." they were professional, very knowledgeable, and had the best customer service. Jose was patient, calm, and made sure to test every components that might have been causing my Central AC not to function. Sure enough, in less than an hour, he was able to find the problem and got my AC working again. I highly recommend this company.

The New Age Air team was here at 7AM sharp. They were kind, clean & professional. We had a great experience & now I can literally control the Temperature of my house through the Daikin One Home App on my phone. Highly recommended

This was my first time using New Age Air, Inc. They did a good job communicating & keeping me informed. Daniel was my technician and he explained everything well & answered all my questions. He was very thorough and fixed the problem I was having with the heater. I will be using them again.

After extensive research, we chose New Age Air to install our new air conditioners a couple of years ago. We are so happy we chose them. They were professional, courteous, kind, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. A couple of days ago, our thermostat reported a safety error. The New Age team was on it! Navid was so helpful on the phone, and soon Daniel came out to fix the problem in no time. We were so glad they had thought to install a safety switch so that flooding would not occur when the pipe naturally can clog from condensation. That safety error was there for a good reason! Our air is up and running again, just in time for one of the hottest days we’ve had! They also texted to let us know they were on their way, which is so helpful when you’re waiting for service people to arrive. Thank you to New Age Air for your quick response, expertise, and kindness.

New Age Air showed up on time and even provided a GPS tracking link which allowed me to time their arrival perfectly. The technician was supper polite and respectful. The pricing was very fair and upfront. Such a relief being able to deal with such a transparent company. They took pictures of what they fixed and provided an explanation of the why and how. It made us feel like we are in the loop and that goes a long way! Amazing experience!

Received clear communication of appointment time and a text morning of to see the ETA of the technician. Alex arrived on time was professional and put on shoe covers before entering the house. They cleaned our coil and installed a UV light. Alex provided status updates during his time here. Easy and reliable.

Daniel came on time with a helper and installed the control board needed. They then checked to make sure the heat and air worked efficiently. They also replaced a wire that was needed from last service. I appreciated that each and every time when the two techs had to go outside and come back in, they had their shoe covers on and off to not track outside dirt in. The invoice was what we expected to pay as per our conversation with Branden. We highly recommend New Age.
We actually ended up changing our air compressor and furnace/blower and had Alex and crew remove and install new ones. After quite a delay of units, they finally arrived and the guys went to work. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new units.

Branden and his team did a great job in installing my Daikin Fit! They are professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend New Age to my friends and family. Our Goodman inducer went out.Thankfully we still had the parts under warranty. I called 20 different HVAC company's to see if they would honor the warranty, the few that did were quoting me $900-$1000. I finally called New Age Air and spoke to Navid who said that they DO honor the warranty. He broke all the pricing down for me and was transparent and so kind, they even have a pretty significant Military discount. I scheduled an appointment with them and their tech Daniel came to install the part. He was quick and communicative. Unfortunately the part didn't have the gasket so he had to run to get the part. They ended up not charging us for the time they were here because of the mix up. Overall I would give this company 10 stars. Superb costumer service! We will definitely use them again for all of our HVAC needs. Thanks for saving us from the cold!

Thumbs up for Daniel and New Age Air. I had a leak in the HVAC system and needed to refill. Daniel gave me the options and didn't push anything. Price was reasonable, the work was fantastic and Daniel did a thorough job getting the AC to work.

First of, I wanted to mention that this review was purposely left several weeks after installation so I could test the new HVAC and AC Condenser.

New Age Air was originally recommended to me by a friend and it was an excellent recommendation. The entire process from start to end was easy, quick, professional, and detailed. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, they won't be the best when it comes to pricing. However, you'll get expert installation and customer service. Frankly, if I'm spending that much money on a new HVAC unit and AC Condenser, I'd want to make sure it's done right.

I have nothing but high praise for Branden and his team. I'd absolutely recommend Sam from sales along with James and Richie for the installation!

Alex was very polite and worked with me to ensure the AC unit was under warranty. They even installed a temporary fix so the AC could be used until a replacement compressor could be installed. Thank you to the entire team for meeting our needs!

I believe that this company loves their work and care about what they do. I don't see very many companies do this anymore.
