Plumbing work had some surprises but they got it done with no additional demolition to other areas, they were very knowledgeable, explained along the way and cleaned up after each day. Very satisfied with the work.

My A/C went out on a Sunday. I contacted my home warranty for a company to fix it. The one they chose had a wait time of at least 2 to 4 weeks. I contacted Goettl, at my own expense, and they were available to come that Tuesday, 2 days later. The receptionist (Arleen) was understanding, awesome and friendly. The technician (Jose) came in a uniform and was friendly and very informative in 101° heat. The price for this repair was very reasonable, and the home warranty reimbursed me, but it was only a 1/4 of the bill since it was an outside company. Hopefully, I'll have good A/C until winter. I'm just grateful it's repaired.

Tech Brandon Tennant replaced the spigot without any problems, and completed the work in a reasonable time. I highly recommend him and Goettl Plumbing

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Paid almost $800 and all they did was put Freon to fix my ac unit that wasn’t cooling under 80 degrees.Hours later it wasn’t cooling again so we called them again and all the 2nd guy did was put Freon again. Hours later again it was doing the same thing and he had told us something inside might be wrong with it blah blah. We ended up calling another company and this guy looked around and opened the unit inside he found out it was clogged with our cats hair. He cleaned it up and it was a simple fix. There was never a leak. My bill for this was NOTHING closed to what this company had charged us. All they had to do was open the unit inside and actually do their job. If it wasn’t for the different company I called my ac would still not be working and who know what other charges they would be pulling. I also called to complain and never heard back. I would never recommend this place unless you have money to throw away.

Had problems with our AC unit of course at 11 o’clock at night in the middle of July. Upstairs AC thermostat took a dump which is pretty common but instead of the typical 2 to 3 day wait for service Anthony was sent out by 9 AM the next day. Not only was he courteous and professional but he was thorough with his explanation of what went wrong. So happy we went with Goettl and are lifetime customers now!!! Thanks Anthony!!!

Oscar came to our home to inspect our A/ C unit. He was knowlegable and friendly, he found we needed to eplace a sensor, and took care of the issue right away, great service.

Beware of this Company!! I had a Technician from this Company come to my house for a maintenance check and they wanted to give me a new A/C and heating unit for $$20,000. I just wanted a new filter and to have piece of mind my unit was working well?!?? Maybe two days later my Air conditioning started making a thumping noise, so I went in my Attic to look and found missing screws and bolts from the unit, interesting coincidence I don’t think so!! It looked fine when I had looked at it previously. Needless to say I didn’t buy there unit!! $8,000.00 later and a new Unit , live and learn!!So just be aware!!$$$$

Francisco at Goettl plumbing did a wonderful job. Fixed my plugged drain and got the wife off my back for under a 100 dollars. Worth every penny lol. Highly recommend Goettl plumbing !!

We got a free AC tune up through an event and when the tech came out he told my wife a $30 part needed to be replaced and charged over $400 and did nothing else. I would never recommend Goettl to anyone due to overcharging customers. According to our invoice we were only charged for the part (dual capacitor) and no labor. As you can see in the pics below according to the part number on my old capacitor a replacement is only $20 and some change. A home owner could replace that part in under 10 minutes. My point is don’t fall for the “free AC tune up” they don’t do any upgrades or servicing like there website says. My unit is still filthy, condensation lines were not checked let alone cleaned or flushed, nothing was oiled, condenser is still dirty and probably became less efficient by checking the pressures and lost Freon in doing so. Update 6/4/24 still haven’t received a call back

Mr. Ware was professional and polite. Only issue we have is the entry to the attic was left with several dirty fingerprints and was not put back snug. Heater maintenance was provided

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate to loan us 2 portable units while we wait for the install. Art was awesome! Install was on time and no issues with neighbors as well. Our place was a bit complicated but they were able to install smoothly. Though unit is a bit expensive compare to other vendor, hopefully the good service will continue to stand as a company. This is my first time using this vendor. Keep up the good work.

Sergio was such a great guy. He was very knowledgeable. Had such a positive experience with him. He even gave our doggy a toy. She running around with her toy now.

My husband and I have a one-year-old air conditioner and heater installed by Goettl’s. We had our one-year checkup, and we were greeted by Moe Fuller at 7 a.m. on July 2nd. He did a stellar job and worked his butt off to make a challenging piece of equipment better—he educated us on all of the issues he and we were facing! And all while he was pleasant and answered every question with incredible patience!

I truly wish I could give them 0 stars. But I will say that I cannot ever recommend this service to anyone. If you want honest workers DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. They will simply try to upsell you on work that does not need to be done and then not complete the maintenance job because you tell them no to the upsell. I didn't need a new duct system for $8800. Then when we had a real service come out they noticed that the people who worked on it last installed an override on the system to bypass the safety protocols of turning off and not over heating. So let me again say NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Alright, it's been about 2 months since this happened and I feel it's only fair that I alter my review of this company. Let me say, I have had daydreams about legitimately going to their property and handing out flyers to any possible customers to warn them about how absolutely horrible this company is. My landlords had decided to sign up for their monthly service plan of $14.99 a month. After the worker came out and didn't do his job at all they decided to cancel this service, guess what...they still got charged this last month for something they had canceled. So they called and had asked to be reimbursed since they had canceled the service. They were told they would be contacted by management within 48 hours. Now, let's fast forward to today, 3 and a half weeks later with absolutely no contact AND they still haven't been reimbursed for the payment that this horrid company stole from them. My landlord contacts them and asks what is going on and why they haven't been contacted and if they can talk to a manager right away. They were told that a manager would call them back within 2 hours. That was over 3 hours ago and seeing how it's near closing time I'm assuming this joke of a business won't get back to them anytime soon. Plus, I highly doubt they'll ever return the money they stole from them.
So let me say this. This company should close for good. If I could give them any less stars or any less of a rating I truly would. Unless you have an enemy in your life you truly loathe, never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

Got it done today with another person for 980$ plus the subflooring done.

We called Goettl to schedule their "rejuvenation" maintenance because of all their commercials about integrity and getting it done the right way. They rescheduled the appointment 3 times from July to August 31. They show up on Wednesday to do the rejuvenation and Ftiday Sept 2nd this is what happens to the power junction box. We have a newer home with no issues but after one visit from Goettl we now need an electrician and almost a fire truck. When we called them for emergency service the only thing they could tell us is sorry all our techs are unavailable ntil next Wednesday. They claimed a service manager would call, they didn't. So it's the hottest weekend of the year, triple digits, no service, and obviously not only do they not get the job done right but all the promotion and push to we could sell you a newer more efficient system and do have a home warranty was a prelude to the damage they inflicted. I would not trust these people nor purchase any products from them.

Anthony and Bryant came out to service my AC unit, both friendly and very knowledgeable. Sales rep Tim handled my situation with care and worked with my budget. I will recommend Geottl to friends and my loved ones. Anthony and Francisco came to install my new AC unit and furnace. Both professional and friendly kept work area neat and clean. Anthony kept me informed of the work taking place and provided an excellent install with ventilation system cleaning. The family and I are now enjoying the AC unit. Thanks Goettl

Old unit was 25 years old. Last owner did not do anything to maintain system. Everything filling apart. Had company come in. Yes it did cost me a lot. But there pricing is the same as all other small company around town would offer. Pricing was fare! Service was 10 out of 10. They came in. Friendly service. They answered every small question I had as they where installing unit. Respectful at all times. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I had an issue with my washer not getting cold water. Sarah helped me figure it out. She did a great job at troubleshooting the problem. I was very pleased with her service.

I cannot say enough good things about Goettl, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. They have been great for me over the years. I came home from work Tuesday morning and much to my surprise, my 12 year old hot water tank decided it was going to stop working. I immediately called Goettl and asked how soon I could get someone out to put in a new tank for me. I made that initial call at 8:46AM. They told me that the next time slot was in between one and five and I said that would be fine. At 11:30, Brandon Tennant texted me and asked me if it was OK if he came early. I was thrilled to pieces and told him “yes” and he said he was 30 minutes out. He arrived in approximately 30 minutes, assessed the situation and said he agreed that yes I need a new tank. I knew this because water heaters don’t usually last 12 years. I knew mine was on borrowed time with the poor water that we have here. He gave me the option of three different water tanks and I picked one and he went to get it and was on his way back to install it by 1:12 that afternoon. By 4:15 Tuesday afternoon, Brandon had my water heater in, completely hooked up and the water heated up already waiting for me to take a shower! He could have easily had the installation scheduled for the next day, but he takes his job seriously and was eager to please by getting me the water I needed on the same day, Tuesday.
Brandon is a true professional and an asset to the Goettl company. He is extremely personable and very easy to communicate with. He cleaned everything up and did a beautiful job on the new hot water tank. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of this in the same day was amazing. Thank you, GOETTL, plumbing, heating and air conditioning!!!

Tldr: these guys kick ass and stand by their work to make it right, especially Bryant and the partner he had(im bad with names)

These guys took over for goetll ac/plumbing in my area, thank god. I had a huge series of issues with goetll after installing a daikan split unit for my theater room: it never worked right, never cooled a 20x20 room, and then stopped working all together less than 2yrs from install... goetlls amswer.. "um, its not spitting any codes".

Fast forward 1.5 yrs later of being strung along by them(goetll) slow walking it and all pro took over their company. I would periodically call every few months to try and get an update on things, goetll just kinda did nothing with my case after sending guys to my house to diagnose it...never bothered ordering parts, when they did they wouldnt follow up to see why they were delayed, etc.

I call and all pro answers, takes down my concerns, and within 2 weeks has my case sorted out, their guys on site(christmas eve mind you) ripping my old busted unit out, and replacing it with a better unit... at no extra cost to me. They even had their area manager show up mid day just to make sure his guys were taking care of me.

S tier service. They didn't have to do any of that, they could have told me to "kick rocks and it wasn't their problem" but they didn't, and not only made it right..but made it better.

You just don't find companies like this anymore. I will use them for all my ac/heating needs as long as they maintain that kind of integrity/support to their work and customers. Top notch guys
