Andrew helped us with our AC. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient. If you are frustrated with the high costs of your AC or Heating problems - give this company a call. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I luckily got a same day appointment and Andrew came out and found the problem very quickly along with recognizing that our capacitor was not working very well, checked it and sure enough it needed to be replaced. He even showed me its microfarad rating was extremely low. He had one on hand and replaced it on the spot. Highly recommend!

Our technician Andrew was very friendly, even when my 3 little dogs kept barking at him. He was very courteous and helpful. He explained everything to me carefully and gave me step by step instructions on how to replace my filter for the future. Plus he let me record him as he instructed me how to work the new thermostat he installed. Thank you very much for your help today and for keeping us cool 😎

Great service from RC Air! They diagnosed the problem and clearly explained each option available. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was also very careful and extremely clean while in our house (gloves and booties).He provided his recommendation which was very logical and it was not the most expensive route. AC system is running great! RC Air will keep my business and I am recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

17 days with no Air could be rough! I’m so glad with RC AIR! The techs Andrew and Aaron were top notch. Professional, very knowledgeable and beyond qualified to work on my 4 yr old unit that has two motherboards in it. Fixed my air conditioner instead of telling me I just need a new one. My system is 20 years old and 2 other companies tried to tell me I needed a new one. While they gave me an option to replace, they also gave me an option to fix. Now we’re up and going and when I need it replaced, we will be calling Morris and nobody else!!

Starting off from the moment i called the office and liz was so professional and helpful with all my endless questions and made scheduling a breeze. When i finally got my a/c system replaced the guys that came out were very professional and courteous and i got such a damn good deal on my system and install. I am beyond happy with my experience and purchase.

I highly recommend Morris Air & Electric for anyone needing HVAC services. They exceeded my expectations and have earned my trust as a reliable and reputable company.

I called for Lucky Air to come out and see why my furnace would not work. They sent out a Tech who wanted to replace a part for $1500, having no other options, I said yes. He replaced the part but my furnace still didn't work. He said I needed a new furnace. My furnace was only 10 years old, but since we needed heat, I said yes. The next day two Techs showed up with a new furnace and replaced my old one. They tried starting the new furnace, but it wouldn't start. They said I needed a new AC condenser, why I needed an AC part to fix my furnace I didn't know, but again, I said OK. After replacing the part they said everything was working fine and left. I went to turn on the furnace and it would not come on, so I called Lucky Air and told them. They sent a different Tech out the following morning. My husband told him to check the thermostat,which he did, and concluded it was bad, he replaced it and now everything works.
After spending $6587 for a new furnace, it would seem my problem was a bad thermostat.
Their Techs are not as well trained as they seemed in the past and since I have been paying for yearly maintenance on my furnace and AC, I plan on cancelling it at the end of the year.
