This HVAC service provider was discovered over the web. It seemed like a reputable business with plenty of experience and they received numerous glowing testimonials. They were able to perform maintenance on my air conditioner quickly and effectively.

We have used this company for the past four years for our HVAC repair and they are always reliable. The technicians are always courteous, neat, and clean. Our calls are answered quickly so that we can set up a time to get in touch with them. And their prices are very reasonable too!

After our air conditioner unexpectedly stopped working, this business replaced it the very next week. Service that is quick, pleasant, and of great quality.

The staff put up a new air conditioning and heating system quickly and left the area clean.

If I could give no stars I would. First off, this isn't the real name of the company, it's E.P appliances. I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who scheduled a "Eugene " to my home because my AC stopped working on a Saturday afternoon 90 degree weather. The Guy Eugene arrived, he appeared upset, barely said 2 words to me but okay, not everyone is talkative. He goes and checks everything out and tells me that it's my capacitor and my Starting booster device. All of which will be a whopping 1500!!!. I proceed to ask, how much is the labor and how much are the parts, he says " I don't know, we get the parts from our warehouse, and this is just our price for the service". I tried to clarify further the price and he kept saying " that's the price, I don't know anything else". I ask how come the capacitor since it's 1 year old. He says dismissively "it's probably from china, not a real part". I paid their "diagnosis" fee and he left.I got someone else from another company who checked everything out and lo and behold, none of those things were wrong.My capacitor wasn't even a year old. My vents needed to be cleaned &something else reset, so from 1500 to 200 dollars!!. Stay away from these people. He was also super rude the whole time. I blame myself for letting him into my home because I was desperate for some air. Dishonest.

The new AC makes our house cooler than before. The crew worked attentively and cleaned up. Excellent service throughout.
