Had my annual heating system maintenance by Noah today. Noah checked out everything that was on his maintenance list. He gave me a verbal report of all that he found. Everything was in good working condition. He also told me what to look out for in the future. Noah did not press me for any unnecessary upgrades
only recommendations. Noah did an excellent job serving our heating system today.

It wasn’t what thought, but the tech made a quick assessment of the situation. The price i think was right for my situation. They have a monthly service package, that is a no brainer. The technician was a super awesome guy.

We had Lucky Air do the annual maintenance service on our AC/Furnace. The HVAC technician, Michael, showed up right on time and was so friendly and professional. Described exactly what he was going to be doing and kept us informed. Excellent customer service!

Called to have a recommended repair made. Technician came out to make repair and had no ideal what needed to be done and did not have the part. He called the dispatch and they blamed the problem on me. I talked to them and told them I wanted the repair none and they said ok. What more do I have to do?. So I wasted my afternoon waiting for technician for no work and going to have to waste another day waiting to have work done. The technician was a nice guy and apologized,but should not have happened.

John was very informative regarding what he was doing and provided GREAT information regarding the annual service. He also made some good recommendations regarding vents.

Staff moved something around to get us in same day. Michael was out here within 2 hours. Did an absolutely amazing job. Professional, kind, thorough (no pressure), got our AC back working for $89 total.

This concerns plumbing work. They gave me an estimate & when a more involved installation was not needed, they lowered my cost upon completion of all work. Additionally, when something came up, they returned & quickly resolved the issue without additional cost or excuses. Rickie was professional & knowledgeable when he was on deck. The following day when something came up, Andrew was even more thorough & professional! A job well done b both!

Lucky Air installed our complete HVAC 7 years ago and it is stellar! The workmanship and customer service is incredible. The technicians the check up on our system are professional and courteous. We could not ask for more. Lucky Air is the best and I strongly recommend them to all.

We had our hvac system looked at to diagnose a water leak coming from the vent. Noah performed his diagnosis and showed the video where the leak is coming from. It was accurate and fast service.

We also had our A/C systems maintained and Michael did a great job!

The response was quick. Dennis immediately found the source of our leak and also made other much needed suggestions related to our alkaline water and water softener inquiries. We were very pleased with our interaction with Lucky Air and Plumbing.

Mike showed up displaying or wearing his Lucky Aire uniform. He was on time he was courteous. Mike walked me through the the service that I going to be done. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what he probably required. At the end of his service appointment, he detailed all the things that were done; to the fullest. Again, I appreciate the business that your company has done for me with the installation of the entire A/C unit, the maintenance services that you have done in the past and for today’s service.

Brian did a really good and thorough job on the maintenence on my air conditioning unit today. He was very informative and friendly. The only problems I have are: I was told I need to buy my own filter whereas the last time I needed one the service person installed one that he had in his van, as part of my service. Also, I was told the blower needs cleaned, which I would have to pay extra for......$568.32. And, I apparently need my condensate cleared out, for $301.54. I was always satisfied with my maintenence, in the past, but now I don't receive a whole, complete service. So, I am not happy, or satisfied,
with that.
