We have been given a few options to repair our drain issues. We are waiting for the estimates so we can make our final decisions. The cleared drains are working great right now.

Anthony was very well informed. Sadly, the company does to allow him to do what I needed, which was go on the roof to snake the drain line from there. They also insist on Power-Vac'ing the water, even though I assured him there are only about 4 gallons in the line, and that would have totaled $330.

I bought a 50 year old Mobile home 4 years ago. My water flow in the kitchen sink was low on the cold side. They fixed it and found a disaster of leaking pipes under my Trailer. Two very nice Man worked very Hard to fix my problems. I got a Senior Discount. I hired Sunny Pl;umbers to do a large job, which they could not do without additional work. They very graciously did not charge me anything at all for the preliminary work, since it did not fix the problem. I was very favorably impressed by their decency and integrity. rare in today's world. Bravo.

We were satisfied with the job done by Brian. The dispatcher however, should give a better arrival timeframe. “On their way” shouldn’t be an hour an half later. The final day the timing was perfect! Thank you!

Very horrible experience! I called in for an appointment on a Thursday and the best available they had was the following Tuesday. I agreed and made myself available by taking the day off work to be home. The tech calls till 4pm to say that he is backed up and will not be able to make it.
So I wanted a full day of work for this! Very unprofessional, I will not be using or recommending this company.

They did exactly what they said they’d do and came at exactly the timeframe they said they’d come. This alone is worth 10 stars in my books. The guy shows up and said the job was too small he felt bad taking my money... and he meant it. A few rusty screws I couldn’t take off from under my bathroom sink. He left it up to my wife to decide what was fair. We didn’t know so we were as fair as a non-plumber could be. Needless to say, I’ll call them up from hereonout for any plumbing needs. Honorable company. A rarity these days.

Todd and Anthony are very knowledgeable in detailing the scope of the installation of water heater and the different options offered to make an appropriate decision on such an important appliance replacement . I never got the name of the plumber, but man was he awesome. I got a direct quote within 30 minutes of contacting them, and they kept the work and parts exactly at the quote. Highly recommended.

Sunny Plumbing was very persistent at getting to the root of the issue and did stop until the problem was fixed. Very nice gentlemen who were professional, friendly and helpful. We will continue to partner with them for our plumbing needs.

Lady picked up phone to take order was nice but would not quote how services would be charged over phone. It turned out price a bit higher than prices of other plumbers I used before : $250 for small snail, then double that for longer snail.... luckily problem solved with longer snail. At the end Technician stepped into Kitchen without taking off boots, leaving dirty on hardwood floor.

After Sunny Plumber forgot about me for 2 months when a part needed to be ordered, Juan Luis returned to complete the job and was very sorry this happened. He's the nicest person and very honest. I will be requesting him if ever I need a plumber again.

Never use Sunny Plumber. They charged $49.00 just to estimate and was overly expensive. I never got any paperwork to compare for other bids. They said they would send it to me. NEVER DID. Called Rescue Rooter. They did a FREE estimate and did the job over $1500.00 less. Sunny Plumber is too big with too much overhead. They don't care about customer service, they just wanted the $49.00 for the estimate. Imagine how much money they can make throughout the country if they only did that. NEVER USE SUNNYPLUMBER!

Friendly, informative plumber. I am very satisfied with their pricing. I haven't had the chance for them to perform the work yet but the free estimate Matthew gave me Saturday was really good. So far I would recommend them to others.

Noticed a slowing drain this weekend that turned into a backed up sink a few days later. Called the next morning, got on the schedule for the same day. The office staff were great about letting me know about time delays (no one plans for a plumbing emergency ;) and Matt was quick and efficient, professional and informative. I'll call to have him out again to do the main line once the summer heat subsides.

Very personable and professional. We have used this company before. Both times we asked for and got their online coupon rate with no problems. Of course, like most larger plumbing companies, they have a more powerful and detailed service too, and this was offered politely, especially when we declined it, they just suggested we consider it for future. Very pleasant unlike other companies who can get pushy and try to insist on the upsell.

This company was previously called the Prompt Plumber, and the name change didn't change that part of the service. While like many companies they offer a four hour appointment window, its easy to manange because they do a call both when you are next in line after the start of another service call AND when he leaves that service call to head to your place. They even told us what area the plumber was coming from so we could figure drive time.

The same basic 89$ drain unclogging (snake) we had last time was performed quickly and cleanly. We didn't smell him to compare to another plumbing company's ad...but the plumber was clean and definitely not stinky. LOL Had we needed one we would have had an estimate without obligation before performing any work.

Our previous unclogging lasted about 2 years. Usually they last about a year to 18-months, so we were very pleased with this service we expect to use again. We havent used any other services with this company but if we need plumbing work of other types we will at least get our first estimate from them, and if its at all in line..which I would expect it to be... then use them again. We most definitely will use them again for our semi annual drain clearing.

I called in the morning and Anthony arrived that afternoon. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He jetted my 3 inch main line sewer and supervisor-Joe sent a camera thru the line to locate what caused the blockage (there was a break in the line) It was a nice clean job from beginning to end. That was quite an accomplishment considering it was a 104 degree day. They are an honest company and did honor their 12 month warranty. I will trust them to make the needed repair to my sewer line.

Matt was so pleasant and helpful during the appointment. He called when he was in his way so I could make sure I was home when he arrived. He also explained everything very clearly and I didn’t feel like I was being tricked into purchasing unnecessary services. I would highly recommend The Sunny Plumber.

We had three new toilets installed replacing very old ones. The service was GREAT! The plumber was very respectful, professional & knowledgeable he did a fantastic job! Highly recommend Sunny Plumber.
