It has been 3 years and some, since (Mr Ken)his installation of a water softening system in my house.
I have had no issues with the water, and the 3 times that I had called hm back for service he showed up on the same day and corrected my mistakes with no charge. Last time was last week when I called him for a leak. But the leak was from my main pipe coming into the house. ha He still did not charge for coming over

I just had our Waterrific system installed today. Ken, the owner, came on time to go over the installation. Ken answered all my questions and showed me step by step instructions on how to operate the system. Brian, who installed the plumbing to our Waterrific system, was a miracle worker. He had made sure all the copper piping and PEX pipes were cleanly installed and secured. Both Ken and Brian were friendly, easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend Waterrific for someone who is looking to install a salt free home water system.
