After doing some research on water softener I came across Ken and his company of waterific at so decided to make a call. after all those questions were answered by Ken I still took my time doing some research he was not pushy, finally decided to go with him and his company, best decision we ever made our system it’s really reliable his work it’s really nice and clean on time and professional I highly recommend this company really happy with their system. His prices are really affordable

My friend referred me to Ken to get the water softener and RO system. Ken is professional, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. To my surprise, the installation was fast and they also connected my refrigerator so I can have filtered water and ice. I have great tasting water, ice cubes are clear, and my skin no longer dry.

Recently, Ken changed out the filters for my RO system and offered to pour the heavy bags of salt into my soft water system. He is so helpful!

Hands down would recommend. Our water is so much softer. Our shower glass stays clean and it's even better for those who use a CPAP. Ken got us up and running real quick, no fus installation. The leak detectors with auto shutoff work well too.

I typically don't write reviews but am making an exception here. After much research into water conditioners and water softeners, I called Ken at Waterrific. He was informative and quoted me a price over the phone for several systems, which include an estimate of $1000 for the plumbing. All of this without a home visit by some pushy, upselling agent. Ken and Mario, his plumber, arrived at the appointed time, 10am, surveyed the area where the main water line came into the house and said the plumbing would be $900. Ken walked me through what to expect for the installation ( 10 hours), offloaded the equipment and Mario went to work. Hands down the best plumber I have ever worked with. At 8pm he informed me he needed an adapter to finish connecting the drain line. He returned the following evening at 7pm, after a full day installing a system for another lucky customer, and completed the job. Ken returned the following day to install the wi-fi component and walked me through how to operate the system, which I can monitor through an app on my phone. Best service, best communication, best product and the price paid was the price quoted over the phone. Don't waste your time getting multiple bids. Avoid the salespeople that want to sell you something you don't need or worse, don't understand or try to lock you into some kind of contract. Call Ken at Waterrific.

I had an amazing experience with Ken! I shopped around and got multiple quotes before making a decision. Ken gave me a quote over the phone but I asked him to come to my house to give me an idea of exactly how much it would cost and what needed to be done. He came the next day and explained everything thouroughly. He installed a water filter and softner within two weeks and was extremely professional and everything went really well on install day.

Water tastes awesome and I can already feel the difference in my skin with just one day after using the softner system. Ken walked me through everything at the end of the day and made sure I had no other questions.

I had The California water filter installed over 6 years ago and is was one of the best decision I have ever made. Waterrific took over from the company that installed mine, and he has serviced our water filter and softener since. Ken is awesome! As others have mentioned, he is very friendly, helpful, and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. The systems they install are top-notch and the best value, in my opinion, for whole home water filtration and softening. Ken and his team are fantastic. He was very fairly priced, answered all of our questions (multiple times) and was on time and clean on install. We've had our hybrid system for about 6 weeks and it has made a big difference in our skin softness, cleaning routines and no more squeegeeing after every shower...hard waterstains are gone! It was a great investment and I highly recommend Ken and Waterrific.

Got our salt free water conditioning system installed today by Ken and Mario. Ken was very polite and friendly. Mario did the install and it took about 6 and half hours. Water was only shut down for about 2ish hours. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to get a water conditioning system.

We had a great experience with Ken at Waterrific from start to finish. He was very thorough and upfront when discussing options. We decided on the Vesta Drop softener and tankless RO system and are happy with our choices. Skin feels softer and water has a great taste. Mario did a great job on the installation date as well.
