The maintenance call was completed quickly and efficiently. I now notice better water volume, so I assume the new filters were needed. The technician was skillful and very friendly.

I have a great experience, Service person was knowledgeable, professional, patient, took time to do tests on the water softener making sure the system was operating properly, with test equipment while explaining and showing me the procedure and sample results were in the proper range.
And test the reverse osmosis system, showing it was in the proper range with test equipments.
I was very appreciative for the service person taking the time to share that the systems was working properly.

The service we received was excellent. New filters installed on the reverse osmosis filtration system and water softener checked. I thought there was a problem with the softener after the original service and a follow visit was made at no additional cost. Thanks Nuvia!

I had been using The Nuvia filter system and RO for drinking for last 4years. I call the customer care for yearly maintenance and filter change. Though the visits are expensive(service + parts), the system works fine. No issues even during storm and freeze. Works perfect.

The problem starts with after sales customer service. Recently, i started seeing a leak in the outdoor unit and contacted the customer service number from their website. Every time i called(more than 10 times through out the day), the line goes to automated voice mail. I sent note online, got an email suggesting the bypass. I asked to fix the issue and since last week, no response for email, calls(all time voice mail) with no return calls. Frustrating. I will not refer Nuvia for anyone who is willing to pay premium price and expects prompt customer service. Such a bad experience. They want customers just to pay money and keep quite(no questions asked).

I had a great experience with the technician, Javier Romero from Nuvia Water Technologies. He kept in communication with me by text and provided reminders of my upcoming appointment. He was very professional. He explained what he was doing, so I could have a better understanding of the water system. He provided great service.

Mike with Nuvia Water Technology came to our house and tested our water. He explained in detail every test he performed. He then presented the company products to help us protect our house from having hard water which contains the chemicals that we do not want in our house. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Due to the knowledge and the great Customer Service that Mike exhumed, the decision was made to go with Nuvia Water and not any other companies. Thank you, Mike, for taking the time to answer all of our questions and being patient and explaining how everything works. Mike deserves 5/5 stars for a great job well done. Thank you! Jose is such a great installer and service technician. Nuvia is lucky to have him. He always shows up on time with a smile on his face, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

I've had my system since 2023, and 2 years later, the salt holder began causing some issues. I contacted the company to set up a service appointment. It took some time (2days) to get a hold of their contractor, but I was able to set up an appointment. When the day of the appointment came, the contractor never showed up. I called again to notify Nuvia of this. They had again had trouble getting a hold of the contractor, whose name was Sergio. Sergio finally called me back four and a half hours after my appointment. Surprisingly, after discussing the issues and why, I'm now agitated. Sergio begins lying to me about not getting my information till the day of the appointment. How I knew he was lying was when I set this appointment up, I spoke with a supervisor named Esther, who was very accommodating and attentive to the situation, gave the whole play-by-play about how the entire conversation went, and how he agreed to the times that I said I was available. As a company, Nuvia, you have systems all across this country, and for you to have issues like this simply to service your systems immediately makes me regret ever going with you and will go out of my way to make sure if anyone ever ask me or is interested in a system like this I'll strongly advise to go with another company that can make sure they take care of a paying customers.

Very disappointed with customer service. I've been with Nuvia for 3 years now and it's proven they only care about collecting money and not fixing the equipment. I spoke to a supervisor in regards to why my salt hasnt dissolved in 3 months and he told me to pour hot water into the tank. Guess what, salt still hasn't dissolved and never got a follow up phone call. This company is a joke. I wasted thousands of dollars for a headache. I pray to God someone in management do the right thing and come fix this equipment!

I don’t think we could have received anyone better than Adrion Jones to come out and educate us on the Nuvia Signature Water refining system . He was very knowledgeable, completely relatable , and made understanding the product a complete breeze. I love how passionate he is in educating others in the reality of the water treatment world , regardless of whether he gets a sale or not. Thanks for sending him my way Nuvia.

Their technician Javier was very helpful and beyond the basic repair. He adjusted my unit to optimize it and gave me some good tips on maintaining it. He was super helpful and friendly!

The service to my soft water system seemed to go well. The tech definitely seemed like he was in a hurry to get out of there though. When you spend that much money on something you want to feel like you had a knowledgeable tech who took their time to make sure its right.

My experience with Nuvia Water was fantastic.
First of all the product itself is awesome. The water filter and soft water system are of the highest quality.
The quality of water is amazing and is a real game changer. You have to experience it to believe it.
Chris Johnson, our rep is the real hero. Our setup was not straightforward because of our condos layout and older water lines, but he went above and beyond to find a way to not only install the system, but actually ended up improving our main water system as well.
We got the whole house air filter as well and it is also amazing.

Funny how Nuvia responds only to the good reviews, they avoid the heat of a customer having problems with their device. The quality of a company is not only in their ability to provide a product, but also how they handle issues when they arise. This company refuses to acknowledge issues, literally screens calls and won't answer, and won't call back because there's an issue that THEY caused. We were repeatedly assured there would be no problems. nuvia now refuses to call back, and also hasn't honored the agreement we signed regarding soaps, etc. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!! I'm also now paying for independent water testing - have lost all faith in this company, which makes me wonder if their equipment actually works. Will follow up with results of testing here. Thinking it's about time to contact a lawyer since we can't get even a call from this company
