We had a pleasant experience working with Ken and Mario. The filter was installed quickly and efficiently and did not end up taking a lot of space. Everything was communicated clearly and the personnel was friendly. All of the work was done perfectly. Ken is really a great professional and a nice person, who is easy to cooperate with. The price was generous and we are very happy with the purchase of the filter. The water changes are immediately noticeable, and we really like how soft the water has become.

From the moment I contacted Ken from watterific, he was 100% business. Full of knowledge, quick to respond to questions and extremely professional. He was able to quote me and get me scheduled quickly. His team came into my home and were extremely respectful. And the product, what a privilege it is to has the Vesta water purifier and reverse osmosis system in my home. I've never taken a silkier shower in my life. My water tastes amazing and am looking foward to the long term results. I would HIGHLY recommend Watterific to anybody.

Waterrific was outstanding in every area — education, options, installation, and communication. I did a lot of research before choosing a whole-house water softener and filtration system. I spoke with a few other companies — one at Home Depot that tried using scare tactics about “health risks,” and another large national brand (US Water Systems) that seemed fine but offered no local support or installation help.

I wish I knew of Waterrific before we installed a system in our home by a competitor!! I was searching for a company to install a whole house water filter in my sister’s home and was so happy to find Waterrific. Ken was so helpful, down to earth and upfront about everything. Didn’t hard sell anything and just laid out the facts and suggestions. I can tell he’s an honest man and wanting the best for the customer. These tanks are way bigger than the ones I have so you don’t have to change out the filters as often which is so nice and cost efficient! Install was done well and very professional. I can’t believe I didn’t write this review sooner but Ken at Waterrific Softners deserves this recognition. After our 25 year-old salt water softener stopped working, I did my research looking for a suitable replacement. AI made the search easy and I simply asked which unit is the best. The results came back and using multiple other sources confirmed that the water softener made by Drop was the leader in its class.

Customer ratings on this unit gave it all a five star unfortunately Is the only licensed individual that can supply and furnish All within just a few days. Generally, this unit is bought online and then up to the consumer to find a plumber that can install it

Ken has made the process full proof and within a few hours the new unit was installed to my anal specifications One thing I specifically like is the unit is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and available with a water leak detection system, which is becoming necessary with homeowners insurance in California

My experience with Waterrific is straightforward. So, as my appliances started breaking down due to hard water, I had a guy come to my house to fix my dishwasher and refrigerator, and he told me the problem was my water. So I was searching for a water softener online, found Waterrific, and contacted him. He told me about his price, which I think is very reasonable, so I made an appointment. After the installation (because I wasn't home when he installed it), he came back to my house to see me in person and explained everything about how the machine works, where to get the salt, everything was very detailed and clear. Regarding the fee, there are no hidden fees; everything was exactly as he described. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I highly recommend Waterific to anyone interested in installing a water softener or a reverse osmosis system for their home.

When I first bought the two towering units, I was a new homeowner and did not know what other products were out on the market. I thought it was a water purifier, but today, after several years of ownership, I found out that what I bought was actually a water softener. Now it still takes out some chemicals and heavy metals, but it doesn't take other everything. Also the pricing of these units were $5000 is what I paid back in 2021. There are cheaper solutions on the market. Nevertheless, I am happy with my purchase and the people that came to help maintain it were also nice.

I received an offer from Nuvia soon after moving into our new home. We contacted them, received spectacular customer service, and scheduled a free inspection.

Ron, who I believe is the founder, visited our home and showed us things we didn't even know we had in the house! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly. His honesty and integrity in telling us we realistically didn't need to do anything blew me away. He could have easily told us we needed to replace this and that and made money off of unsuspecting customers, but he did not. This earned my respect.

While we did not use their full service (yet), we will definitely consider Ron and his team for any future water treatment needs in our home. I definitely would recommend them based on their integrity alone. Consider us impressed. Highly recommended!

Unlike most other people that hate Nuvia's marketing tactic/technique, I actually found myself laughing at their ingenuity! You can call it what you want "a scam," "false advertising," "click-bait." But in my opinion, they got me concerned thinking I actually did have a package on hold and caught my attention with an incentive of free gift cards as well as a free water test. So on that front, kudos to you Nuvia for winning my business with a clever marketing move.

Ever since we purchased our home and even before moving in, we were in the market for a water softener system. We saw several booths at the OC Home Show that took place at Costa Mesa (one of which happened to be Nuvia Water Technologies). However, after doing an extensive amount of research, Googling, and reviews reading, it felt like all hope was lost since most companies either were quoting us with home systems nearing the $10K range or just having an uncomfortable amount of negative reviews either due to ridiculous technician fees or simply a total system failure. Unfortunately, Nuvia was the only company we didn't have an appointment scheduled for a visit until after we moved in and received the flyer in the mail claiming we have an "unclaimed package." After calling in, being enticed with free gift cards and a free water test, we went ahead and booked an appointment for a specialist to come over.

Nicholas De Ville was our guy (and no, for those of you out there, he is NOT related to Cruella Deville). In fact, Nicholas is probably one of the very few people that I have ever come across that you would consider a "salesman" that is very open, friendly, and most importantly, not pushy. After taking several hours of testing the our house's water supply (it turned out to be hours mainly because of all the side conversations and tangents we had), he was courteous enough for us to talk about it a bit to make a decision on if we wanted to pull the trigger or not. I don't know about any of you out there, but in my experience, most sales people are very greedy and impulsive and will do just about anything to make that sale right then and there without giving you any moment to think or talk about it.

After it was all said and done, we came out of it all with a whole home system (the Nuvia Pro), a reverse osmosis system, and 7 years worth of cleaning supplies for what we think is a fair price and a fraction of the price of any other company we looked into. The fact that these products come with a lifetime warranty also doesn't hurt on top of the fact that Nicholas does a top-notch job of being there for you if anything comes up or you need something related to your system or purchase.

Installation of our home system went smooth and painless with the whole house going without water for not even more than an hour. Our installer, Chris, was also very friendly and helped with any and all questions I had regarding the system, maintenance, and anything else that was on the top of my head at the time of installation.

It's only been several days since we've had the Nuvia Pro system installed in our new home, but I can say that I'm looking forward to not seeing anymore stains all over our showers and definitely won't be missing all that nasty pinkish build up from hard water that you would typically see over time.

So, if you're ever in the market, or even CONSIDERING, water treatment solutions, I would say Nuvia Water Tech. should be first on your list of potential companies. Be sure to see if you can ask to get Nicholas to come out to you, you won't be disappointed!

I've had my system for 10 years and I truly loved it. It seems like the moment I paid it off, things went wrong...come ro find out there's an expected life span for the tank which cost a few grand ro replace. Also the yearly maintenance runs over $600 and that's on top of your payments if you financed. I just remodeled my kitchen and called because I truly miss my water filtration, the quote to re-install was over $700! As much as I love my system and water filter, the upkeep cost was unexpected and high. I looked up reverse osmosis on AMAZON and found one for under $300.
