Scheduled for a water quality check with Richard Luna and was mortified about my tap water quality but pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable he was about water and his product. I'm thankful that my family now has clean drinking water - thanks to Richard. Also, the technician came and hooked up and was so efficient and did a fantastic job!

Nuvia has been very helpful the entire time I've had their service. I have had the system for coming up on 10 year. Every time I have needed assistance they have been very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

Richard Luna led with his heart on this product. After investing in Nuvia (about 2 weeks in now), my skin feels like butter! Skin is glowing and calcium build up in sinks/showers/etc is at an all time low. I will never go back to hard water. One of my recipe of life is longevity and Nuvia is the ingredient! Recently got this system installed and it is excellent! We were helped by Richard Luna and he was awesome and went above and beyond! The installation process was done perfectly and the installer did an excellent job as well! The installer even fixed two things with my kitchen sink area with no extra charge and was very nice and knowledgeable.

I am very impressed with the patience, care and informative presentation of your service agent. He did an excellent job very efficiently. I am happy with the Nu via product and the service.

My wife and I have been contemplating water filtration but kept pushing off the decision. We live in Huntington Beach and have been tolerating city water for quite some time. Every time I had to switch out a faucet/shower head due to minerals building up, I would bring up the idea, but never acted on it. It wasn't until our five year-old washer gave out that we decided to do something about it (2nd time in a row we're lost a washer prematurely due to mineral content in our water).

After researching systems online and through our club store membership we decided to go with Nuvia and Vince Davis. Although we already knew we had poor water, Vince took the time to not just tell us, but SHOW us what is in our City water and the chemicals that the treatment plants are using to turn reclaimed water into drinking water. At no time did we feel pressured by Vince, but his consultative approach made it very easy for us to say yes and feel great about our decision.

The installation was very easy. A Nuvia technician showed up on time and walked us through the process. I was very particular about where I wanted the system installed and Nuvia was able to accommodate my needs. It took the technician about 4 hours to install our whole home filtration unit along with a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink.

We've had the system in use for about 7 months and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. We signed on because of the damage that unfiltered water was doing to our appliances and our copper piping, but we quickly learned about all the other benefits:

1) I don't need to squeegee my glass shower doors everyday!
2) Our clothes have been noticeably cleaner; especially the whites.
3) I don't use moisturizer any more because my skin isn't dried out
4) The water, both RO and from the fridge, tastes better!
5) While appliances and pipes can be replaced, I sleep better knowing that my family is consuming water that won't cause health issues down the road.

We have enjoyed our fabulous water ever since we moved into our home four years ago. We are retired and feel spoked every time we get a drink!

Vincent is informative and knows water. I wish I installed sooner. As they say, "better late than never. " Vincent is efficient and consumer conscious. NUVIA IS LUCKY TO HAVE VINCENT REPRESENT. After all, made in the United States products sell itself.

Water quality is good but system connector btw cylinder got a needle kind of hole on it (this is weird how it made hole there on metal peice) and water leaking from there, just with in 1.5yrs of new system installation period. Customer care asked to by-pass nuvia system until support guy come and fix but those caps to rotate also got worn out. Poor quality parts they have . Even system is in warranty, still had to pay for labour. Their support guy wait time is too long. I need to feel lucky (as per them) because, they adjusted appointments to fix the patch within a week and pay the water bill for one week leakage.

We purchased Nuvia Water Filtration system for the whole house and the reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. The test before and after the system was installed is astounding. Chlorine water is gone, concentration of particulate reduced from 134 ppm to 7 ppm better than the bottle water 28 ppm we spend money to buy weekly. The hardness of water is gone and we are using less soap now to clean our stuff. I think a a long run we are saving money and getting good water. The customer service was excellent. I think this is investment worth making for the family. I am satisfied with Nuvia water technology.

The only thing I didn't care for was the price of the service call. $180 for him to tell me my system was regenerating was ridiculous. The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly and the service took about 10min.

Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. And explained everything as he went through the water system.

Me and my wife had just purchased the home we had been renting out for a few years that had a water softener connection set up but no water softener installed.

Nuvia had reached out to us seeing that we were new home owners and wanted to go over a water test for us to understand what we were drinking in our household with as little sales push they could give. I understood they were offering a solution and ultimately wanted to get us on as customers but it was actually something myself and wife conversed about regularly so we were actually happy to hear them out.

Josh Austin was the sales representative who met with us and tested our water in the county as we are known to have hard water and he went over all the scores as well as testing our sparkletts water system that we were also relying on to show us the big difference between the two and to let us know there was no smoke / mirrors they were using. He also provided information on their water softener and RO system and ultimately let us decide whether or not we wanted to continue with Nuvia.

After we agreed we ran into some financing issues due to our credit being hit from the recent home purchase but Josh was super flexible and understanding with us and helped us secure the system at the end.

The install took a bit due to the back and fourth with financing but was still ultimately quickly done.

My wife has skin issues and we have a 6 month old baby in the house so we are super happy and excited knowing that we are no longer using the hard water on our skins!

Also as a bonus Josh threw in a bunch of soap products and made it so we no longer have to rely on expensive products / water service! 5/5 would work with Josh and the Nuvia team again!

Edward Ovalle was our water specialist this guy knows his stuff he is friendly understanding and willing to help make this work for you! He answered any questions you have and is patient and not pushy he lets you make the decision. He and his company go above and beyond for the possible, future and now proud clients and new to the Nuvia water technologies inc. family thanks for everything you guys are awesome and I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants better water in their home that also provides alkaline drinking water and all. Gabriel Garza was a great installer. He was quick and answered all my questions. He even came back to change the faucet because nobody ever asked me what color I wanted it to be. I’m glad he was able to help with that because Silver was not going to match the black and gold colors I have in my kitchen. So make sure you let the tech know what color you want before the installer comes out. Other than that, I’m so happy with my Nuvia water filter, best decision I’ve made. I no longer have to purchase water bottles.

Completely taking advantage of customers with sketchy sales tactics that they had to settle in court for and replacement filters that cost $200. If you want to get taken advantage of look no further than Nuvia!

Josh & his colleague stopped by after we called in for an appointment. I personally was enticed by the Amazon gift certificate. On first appearance Josh & his teammate was punctual & professional. He took the time to go over the different system & products available from NUVIA. We were impressed about his knowledge & willingness to listen and answer our questions.
The application process was fast & easy. We were informed the following day. The install was also straight forward and completed without any issues.
