Very friendly and professional! I always use them to clean my office carpets and I am never disappointed.

These guys were great to work with across-the-board. A real person answered the phone at 7:15 in the morning when we had a bit of a family crisis in the house. They were able to assign a professional to come to our home. These guys worked so hard and were so detail oriented. You could tell they really cared that our home was returned to good order for our own comfort. The job was efficient, clean, respectful, and orderly. I would recommend this team to anybody. Congrats to you guys for being so good.

ChemDry always does a superb job. My carpets look like new and they even smell fresher! The best part is they are dry in around 5 hrs. So no waiting until the next day. The price is very reasonable too. I will definitely use them again.

I want to start with the Good. They were very, nice, good communicators, and professional. They did get the cat throw up successfully out of my rug. The bad is that I ended up having to buy a new mattress anyway because they didn’t actually take the cat pee smell out of the old one, and not only that, their machine left small but permanent stains on my hardwood floor. I wanted to give a good review, but I’ve got to be honest.

This is the first time I have used Chem Dry for my apartment. Matt, the service tech, called in advance to verify his arrival time.
When he arrived, he was polite and professional. Matt went over Chem-Dry services, time frame, cost and special needs. Matt did a wonderful job. I expect to use Chem Dry again for my semi=annual cleaning.

Great service and quick response but one wok Was done hey texted constantly looking for payment. I explained that I was a net 30 business and they seemed to have trouble understanding.

TERRIBLE, AVOID! They will try to trick you with a lower estimate and upcharge you for no reason even if carpets are clean and is just formality required before moving out of a rental... they also try to come whenever convenient for them, a week ahead of appointment or a couple hours, even though appointment and time was confirmed.

First these guys cut me off in traffic then when I tried to use the passing lane they blocked me. I finally got around them and they laid on their horn and flipped me off. Very unprofessional if this is how they act in a company vehicle I could only imagine how they’d behave in your house.
