Dale was prompt, professional and skilled. He finished the job of fixing two doors that needed rehanging very quick. He was reasonable with the cost and I would definitely rehire.

We hired Dale do work for us, at first he was nice and seamed to know how to do the work that was discussed, Once he started the job all that changed he was rude arguing about the work, He left a complete mess, and i had to hire someone else to finish the job he wanted us to pay for that he said was complete, Under no circumstance hire mr erber his work is bad, And he is a rude person. Unlike what we read on home advisor which some of the reviews dale makes his customers write apparently we are very unhappy with our experience with him and dale if you read this get some profesional help.

I hired him to paint the interior of my condo. Should have read the previous review. He showed up on time Fri am and draped and masked then left for a three hour lunch when he got back he finished masking and left at 11pm. He came back at 9 on Sat and worked until midnight using just house lights(no halogen). When I looked at job Sun am it was Barron spots so I called Dale and he stopped over(again at night) and gave a quick second coat in areas. This Morning in living room I noticed bare spots there in natural sunlight. I am still waiting to here from him. I complained to HomeAdvisers(the firm that sent him out) and they offered to send somebody out to repair it AT MY EXPENSE. I've put a stop payment on the check I wrote. I would not recommend doing business with either company.

We contacted CA Preferred Services Inc through Angie's List, and were not disappointed. We requested an appointment from 10 - 12; Dale arrived promptly at 10:00am, after a courtesy phone call to let us know he was on his way. Dale was very pleasant and professional--he did a beautiful job and the new TV looks GREAT! Before we let him leave, we asked about some other small repairs--we'll be seeing Dale again very soon, and you should, too!
