Our electrician Samuel from Premier power was very professional, thorough and most importantly patient with us as he reviewed an outlined our options for our project.

The guy that did the work, Asa, should get 10/5 stars, he was great. The company charges WAY too much and they have phone people that are difficult to understand. I was just desperate to get this work done this week or else I would have declined the bid. It was just installing two lights, hardwired on my bedroom wall, and they charged me $1000. They do not fix any drywall holes or damage.

We had bought an electric stove a few days before Thanksgiving, but later found out we didn’t have the correct outlet for it to plug into. Blake helped us install a 240v outlet same day, working late to make sure everything was done correctly before the new stove was delivered - We really appreciated Blake and his quick work!

Samuel did an excellent job explaining the issue and testing various outlets and plugs to ensure they were functioning properly. Fortunately, when he arrived, my problem had already been resolved, so he didn’t need to make any repairs. Despite this, he went through the home electrical outlets anyway and didn’t charge for his visit. As he mentioned, no repairs were actually done. Thank you for your great work and company ethic!

Samuel came out to do an awkward lightbilb replacement in a stair way about 25ft high. He came during late emergency hours with a smile and great energy he was very helpful and professional. Will definitely use Premier again.

Although Roman was a little later than the window the office had given me. He did have to come from LA. But once he got here he was quickly able to determine the cause of all the new lights that are on sensors, that a painter had just installed and some were not going on, some would not go off. He resolved it as well as other issues we were having that were related and we had no idea. He knew what he was doing and was efficient and effective! Very much appreciated him!

The technician was nice and informative, he was able to explain everything he found and gave me a quote through my email within 20 minutes of his departure! Premier Power was able to accommodate my needs very quickly. They sent a gentleman named Ryeland, who was trying to deal with a very difficult situation and never gave up. He was able to solve all of my problems and was very pleasant to work with.

When my elderly parents circuit blew out at there residence, I found that their panel was antiquated and many of the switches were not functional. We needed to get assistance right away and picked out some of the top rated electricians. I began dialing them up and Premier was the only one that picked up the phone and was able to come out right away.

Alvaro arrived and I showed him the dead outlets in the kitchen and the location of the panel. Alvaro inspected the panel and we determined that the old panel was not safe and needed to be replaced. Alvaro temporarily relocated the circuit and was able to get my parents kitchen back up until the panel could be replaced.

Premier provided an estimate on the spot which included all facets of the job, which included a new panel, all the inspections as well as the stucco repair.

Premier has done an excellent job communicating, coordinating, ensuring that the documents were completed, explaining the steps to be done and providing status of the project.

Alvaro and the team completed the work quickly requiring the power to be shut off for a minimal amount of time. They put in the new panel, checked everything and cleaned up after completing the work. Alvaro showed me the new panel and explained the inspection would be scheduled next. I was very impressed and happy with my choice using Premier Power.
