For contractors but happy to sell to the public but don't expect "Home Depot" type customer service. They do have everything electrical and lots of lighting and hard to find electrical such as unusual circuit breakers.

Excellent customer service

Poor customer service. Walked into to showroom area and there was no one there. Several employees eventually walked by and looked at me then kept right on going. Eventually someone acknowledged my presence and helped me out. Then after all that they didn't have the parts.

Great customer service...probably because there arent millennials working there. People actually greet you, understand how to be cordial. Customer service is a lost art but not here.

Costomer service at this location is just fatal. ( the person at front desk is rude and without any apice of education) I will never make a purchase at that location and I will say to all my friends that never buy anything there.

We recently hired Wilson Electric for a panel upgrade and help set up and run a subpanel to our new shop. He was able to get everything done in the same day and his quality of work is second to none. Taylor and the Wilson Electric team are efficient, very fair with pricing, transparent/responsive to communication, and left the place clean! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an electrician!
