Omg Dave and Brandon are the best they cleaned every carpet at the office so good yayyyy I’m Stain free they even removed the black hard to remove stains. they cleaned every spill in kitchen space as well. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else but these guys. They got the job done . Will definitely be using them in the future. Five stars from me.

My carpet looks brand new. David did a fantastic job on the carpet and my husband’s recliner. If anyone is looking for your carpet or furniture cleaned this company is great. I will definitely refer Dr. Carpet. Thank you for making everything look brand new.

I can say thank you to Dave a million times over. I hired Dave for house cleaning project. Was told that this would take a couple hours to do my home.

Dave came in and done the job very well. deep clean the carpet in the living room, done my stairs and clean my hallway in a reasonable amount of time.

He was very professional and his prices are both fair and worth it for the amount of time he spends doing this. He came on time and had all of equipment, which is a plus because most people I've contracted before had to make multiple trips and break to perform a job. Dave did it in one stop and done a excellent job.

I will recommend Dave/Dr. Carpet to anyone who wants professional cleaner for a affordable price and can get the job done which no issues.

They did an excellent job on two area rugs with a couple of stains on them. Got all the spots out. They look great like new. David was timely, efficient and great to work with!

Dave did an excellent job on my carpets! He removed heavy foot-traffic wear from my stairs and hallway and even got out a couple of stubborn pet stains. Everything looks fresh, clean, and so much brighter. Highly recommend!

My experience isn't with the physical cleaning service, but more of what Dereck Moore is creating and working on. I have had the pleasure of knowing Derek for a few months now in a mastermind group. His passion for creating a cleaning service geared towards culture, a smooth process for clients, and an overall system in creating a product can't be competed against. I felt I should leave a review for his potential clients, so they know they are dealing with someone who has been through training, has extreme knowledge in his niche, and continues to progress each day.

We have used SoCal Maids for a year and a half and continue to be thrilled with them. Ladia is meticulously and does the most thorough job in ensuring your home looks perfect and smells great. My husband always knows when Ladia was here from the moment he walks in the door! Ladia treats our home with care as if it was his own. In addition, I appreciate the flexibility as we travel and can't stick to a regular cleaning schedule.

Very happy with the cleaning that Mike did. This was our first cleaning. He was here for 5 hours. I was not specific on anything, so I will just point out a few items for next time that were missed. I am pleased to know that they use organic cleaning products. I had another company cancel on me last minute which put me in a bind for upcoming holiday entertaining. SoCal Maids got in touch with me the same day and were able to fit me in before my party. It is so good to know they are willing to be flexible with my odd schedule. I would definitely recommend them to friends. Looking forward to having them back on a regular basis. :)
