So, my tankless water heater was acting up, and it turned into a mini saga of plumbing craziness. First off, their friendliness just stood out. They didn't stop working for three long days. They kept checking in on my feedback to fully understand what was really going on. Seemed like they had plenty of expert knowledge to eventually pin down the issue. Called them again if anything comes up, highly recommend.

Dealing with a sewer line problem was a real pain. Thankfully, found these experts who came over super fast. They were thorough in their work and did a great job overall. Just got some new fixtures installed and wow what a difference! The service was realy smooth and the plumber was super nice. Felt like they took the time to explain everything. I remember having such a bad leak last month and they fixed that so fast too. Really appreciate how experienced and licensed they are. My kitchen looks brand new now.

We have used KCB Plumbing for 20 years. They plumbed our entire home, and they continue to come to our rescue when things need addressing. Recently, we struggled through several upsetting plumbing issues (mainly caused by other subcontractors). KCB always responds immediately, professionally and with care. If I could give KCB Plumbing 10 stars I would. Keevin Blue is the founder and the most legit plumbing company I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I have worked with a host of contractors managing projects for my HOA for the last 20 years. Keevin handles his business with integrity, respect for clients, and ingenuity to address even the most unusual projects, while offering fair pricing.

In our condo building, the individual units have private patios that were not draining. We had several companies suggest we divert the rainwater to our subterranean level. This would have resulted in flooding a homeowner’s garage (Big Fail)!

KCB Plumbing addressed the holistic issues. Keevin suggested diverting the plumbing but continuing the pipe underground to our sump pump. And due to several heavy rain seasons, we upgraded to a dual sump pump which required a new electrical board.

The project became more interesting when Keevin discovered several things: First we were missing a French drain which was designed in the original architectural plans - so we did a change order to include that. Second, as Keevin‘s crew excavated for the new pipes, they discovered the original discharge pipes that carry water from the sump pump to the street had cracked beneath our foundation creating a sink hole that needed to be addressed.

Keevin recommended we reroute the pipes along an outer wall and then reconnect to our discharge pipes beyond where the pipe was cracked. For each problem incurred, KCB plumbing delivered a solution.

When Keevin‘s crew had finished the job, not only did it function well but aesthetically his work was impeccable. We have had two rain seasons since the repairs and all patios are draining well while keeping the subterranean garage dry. I fully endorse this company.

If you want an honest, reliable plumber, Patrick Seale is your guy. He was able to fix my water heater at an excellent price while I save up money for a new one. He has already quoted me a fair price for a new heater and will install it for me when I'm ready. He's taking care of the whole problem for me--one stop shopping; no fuss whatsoever on my behalf. Patrick was a great professional plumber near me! Seale plumbing was a great choice and affordable. Had a clogged drain and he did a great job rootering it out. Pretty quick and was exactly what the quote was. Straight up and honest. Will absolutely use him again if needed.
