Parzival plumbing is an excellent company! Efficient, friendly and willing to answer my questions. They also keep the customer very informed on what time they will arrive. Mike was my service guy today and he was smart, competent and offered additional information on my house. I recommend them enthusiastically!

I'm a repeat customer with parzival. Today Nick came out to investigate a shower leak. Like all the previous Parzivsl plumbers he was friendly with an easy going personality. Nick recommended some conservative measures before embarking on a more costly job involving tearing down walls. Was not charged for this initial consultation.

Awesome company. Carlos acted quickly to get us a plumber to our home. Mike was thorough and clear about what their fees and services included. Extremely professional, clean (wore booties), and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The response to my service request was fast. The person doing the work has been to our house previously doing similar work. Nice guy, approximately 10 months ago. I may have to call them back as I do not believe he snaked far enough this time. 25 ft of clearing the drain was not enough and should be at least 50 - 75 ft. I am pretty sure my washer will back up again if we do a couple of loads which will have the drain build up.
They came back today and snaked further as well as the trap. Seems to be better after doing one load of laundry. No back up in the sink. We will monitor but Mike is a nice person to work with.

Fast and reliable and gave us options for repair. Highly recommended.

Sorry no photos most all work was under the
House foundation. At this point. Mike was great kept us informed. Easy to work with and put up with my inquiries and took time to make us and understand exactly what’s going on we’re on a foundation with a With a crawlspace underneath the houseso all the plumbing is underneath the house. It makes a little bit more complicated, we our in our layer years and Mike was very patient.

Thomas and Nick from Parzival Plumbing went above and beyond during their replacement of my old water heater. They were tidy and respectful of the property and took great care to ensure the heater was fully functional before leaving.
Additionally, their office staff, Carlos and Alma, were super to work with as we planned teh work.

I called Parzival in a panic after noticing a possible leak inside a wall. The owner, Thomas, came to my house the same day, identified the leak, and helped put me in contact with a restoration company to coordinate additional work that would be needed. He was friendly, exceedingly knowledgeable, and put me at ease. Over the past couple weeks, Thomas and his employee, David, have been at my house working to repair the leak, install a new hot water heater, and ensure everything was running correctly. David was always on time and stayed late if needed, did impeccable work, and made sure I understood the cost breakdown. I was also impressed with office staff Carlos and Alma, who communicated clearly and frequently, and were very accommodating! Overall, working with Parzival was a great experience, despite having a leak. I felt very well taken care of and I have no doubt the work they performed was done to the highest standard.

There scheduling was a bit off but Nick was fantastic and did a great job. Kept me well informed of any extras as the work progressed. Over all they did a great job and as a company kept me well informed. You got to love technology.

They did a super clean up too.

I would definitely hire them again!

Mike came out right away. I needed my Garden hose outlet changed. I tried to do it myself and failed. He was able to do it quickly and made it so that if the spigot failed in the future, I could do it myself. I had used them for my shower before, so this is the second time I have used them. They are not cheap, but they are prompt and do a great job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. They are worth it.

I had a pretty big water leak in my home today. I cantacted Parzival Plumbing there customer service rep Alma was so friendly and very helpful, she got us scheduled very quickly. Our service technician Mike provided top notch service. Mike did a very through inspection, he accessed the leak and went to work to repair the leak and restore water back to my home. It's hard to find honest, reliable service companies, Parzival Plumbing does not disappoint. They cares about their customers and provide amazing service. The plumber, Nick was extremely thorough and did a great job identifying the initial problem we were having with our tankless water heater. He returned the next day to flush it for us. And again, took his time to ensure he looked and cleaned everything. As a result, we will be scheduling our annual water heater flush next year.

We called them in a pinch and rerouted someone here. Mike was super informed and really fast. Could not recommend them more!

I can't recommend Sean enough! He were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, all while explaining everything in a way I could understand. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch.

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.
