Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Orange County was extremely helpful when we urgently needed a new water heater. Our water heater burst and the garage was flooding, but Bluefrog was able to immediately tend to our needs and fix the issue. The entire problem was solved in a matter of hours. We will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them.

Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about Bluefrog. I have used them many times in the past for various plumbing repairs and most recently had them replace my old water heater. As always they showed up on time and provided quick, professional service. They are my go to plumbers for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend their services!

OVC Plumbing was able to make an appointment for the next day after my property manager reached out to them. The technician was able to fix my shower drain within 15 minutes. Both service and scheduling was quick.

We had a tankless water heater & water filtration & conditioning system installed. Work required 2 days to complete. The installers of BlueFrog were top notch! They were VERY knowledgeable, professional, friendly. Cleanup each day was very good. Matt responds quickly when contacted. We highly recommend the company for plumbing needs. Will use them again.

Andrew and Parker were both amazing. They came out to our company to replace a leaking water heater. They both wore masks and gloves the entire time and remained polite and professional. They were both patient and open to educating me on what they were doing which allowed me to confidently reiterate their process to the owners. Not once did we feel as though we were being over charged or taken advantage of.

I really like working with this company. The people are easy to communicate with whether that be text and/ or call. Appreciate the plumber, JD, and the rest of the team that was involved making this an easy experience. The tub finally drains, the toilet is flushing properly, no more water leaking at the toilet base, and the water doesn’t leak from the sink to under the vanity anymore. My bathroom concerns are gone and relieved from its troubles. I can finally enjoy it.

I had called 2 places the day before, and was told they would be in touch (it has been radio silence since).
We needed plumbing in our office for our backed up kitchen sink.

Bluefrog answered my call, set me up, came the same day within a few hours. Andrew and Miguel were extremely nice, knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. They got to work and were done so fast!

Turns out we needed a new garbage disposal, and they had one on the truck. I would highly recommend this company and these plumbers to anyone reading this. Don't look elsewhere, there's no need!

Matt's asinine, inappropriate response speaks for itself; almost as much as the incompetance. Matt also previously called and verbally abused me on the phone when I complained. Strange, inappropriate.

The management company that took over our building uses this OVC Plumbing. All of the tenants here have complained about them, because everytime they service the building, things aren't done properly, investigated properly, or a new problem is created after work is performed (always work done without permits, mind you). Other tenants have gone so far as to do their own plumbing work, to avoid dealing with OVC. OVC seems like have been given a script by management to excuse egregious plumbing issues, and I supposed to keep their contract or arrangement going, they gaslight tenants instead of fixing problems; in so many words, they claim "it's an old building", so deal with it. I've lived in a building older than this, and never had these extreme plumbing issues, and when there were issues, they were dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
Management recently sent OVC here to investigate severe fluctuating temperatures and decreased pressure in my shower and other taps, which occurs every time another apartment turns on their water. This started after OVC was here doing plumbing work, repiping my neighbor's bathroom, which they never obtained permits for, according to city code enforcement. It is not limited to my unit, but no one else wants to report it, because they don't want to deal with OVC. It's a major safety/health hazard, and housing violation. The plumber with OVC said to me that he detected temperature fluctuations, but it only lasted "a second", in his words. I have it on my security camera. Then he writes in the receipt "temperature is good", so management closed the request and won't do anything to fix it.
I bought a temperature gun, coordinated with my neighbor, and was able to document that the temperature in my shower indeed fluctuates between a whole 10 to 17 degrees in either direction, when my neighbor turns on just one of their showers and one of their sinks. It lasts for as long as they are using their water. The problem is worse, the more tenants that are using their water. So now, management is doing nothing, because OVC hasn't a clue about how to investigate or address this. Management writes me an equally dumb email "there is nothing wrong with your water". They told me they want to bill me for the plumber (hah). It's beyond aggregious.
They couldn't figure out the problem or do proper trouble shooting so they say "no problem here!". Imagine going to a doctor with a brain injury, they look at you and see nothing, and say "head looks good!"
I'm hiring my own plumber to do an inspection, and will be sending the owner the bill/taking it off of my rent.
They billed the owner for fixing a leaking shower handle--still leaking. They installed a kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet in my unit, neither of which are the correct size. The kitchen faucet had to be installed crooked so that it could be operated normally, and they had to come back after 6 months to pack it better since it was leaking. The bathroom faucet they installed is way too tall, and fully blocks my medicine cabinet from opening. They left us full without hot water on a Friday, after one of the first jobs they did in the building, and have left us without hot water on multiple occasions. They replaced hot water pumps, but somehow contaminated the water in the building for multiple tenants, causing a terrible odor in our hot water for a month. The list in other units goes on. Now they created a major plumbing issue and won't take accountability for it. I had to call the city to inspect and will be hiring a plumber for further documentation, which will be billed to the property owner.
The last time one of my neighbors wrote a negative review, she was asked to remove it/leave a positive one, and the last time I wrote one, I was bullied by OVC's owner Matt to take it down, and I obliged. Matt--don't contact me this time.

Our shower didn't have hot water and we had 2 other plumbing companies that came and left without resolving the issue. Our plumber was very nice and professional from OVC. He came in fixed our hot water and left in about an hour. I would def recommend OVC to do your plumbing done right for the first time.
