I'm a plumbing knumbskull...they were great... very helpful...quality American-made stuff they sold me at a reasonable price. Sure wish I lived in Orange County instead of Santa Monica.

I own a plumbing company and went in there to grab a part like normal they charged me 3x more for something that i can get at any other supply house for 3x less, I'll never shop here again and I heard everyone else that reads this to do the same, it's ridiculous that a plumbing company gets overcharged for parts here imagine what they're doing to homeowners. Use Hajoca, Express Pipe or Tod pipe and you'll never get over charged. Lost my business for life. And will never refer someone here again

Horrible Customer Service! Try Home Depot or Lowes first. I went here to get a part to fix my sister's bathroom faucet. It took 20 minutes to get anyone to help me (there was only 2 other customers in there) then when I finally did get help the guy said, "I don't have the tool to check for that, I'll be right back." and disappeared into the warehouse for 10 minutes and I had to go into the warehouse to get him and he got mad, saying "you're not allowed back here!" After all that someone else that worked there said they didn't have the part I needed and tried to send me across town to another store. The Home Depot around the corner had the part I needed and way better customer service.

Do not by ANYTHING from this company unless you are positive that you never will return it. I purchased two water heaters for a property I am building. When the plumber said they were the wrong kind, I attempted to return them (never used--still in the box-- but the box was opened by the plumber to determine they were the wrong ones), Ferguson took them back, but would not give me a credit for the over $2,000 that I spent. They finally agreed to give me partial credit on one water heater if I agreed to purchase two more from them. What kind of customer service is this? Be very careful when buying from Ferguson.

I have always liked this branch. The guys are helpful and the prices are fair for a small guy like me. They always seem to have what I need. I had an emergency plumbing problem and needed some 3/ 4 galv pipe. Other stores were on back order, but I found some sketchy stuff two days ago that was very poor quality- I could not thread it without the threads being chewed and ripped. Complete junk from Indonesia. I called Ferguson today (Saturday) and Tam had the last 4 lengths of his 3/4 galv held for me. It was good stuff- threaded well like it should so I could do my job and get it done. Thanks, Tam- I hope your eye procedure goes well!

Ferguson is great They have all the knowledge and all the plumbing parts you need for any plumbing stuff that you need to get done. They're great I'm returns and can't say anything bad about them. This Costa Mesa office has a great staff

Great place. Parts desk/Counter crew was very helpful to me. Not a contractor. They located the part I needed at another store. They called ahead to confirm the part was in fact there. That store held it for me.
Appreciate their willingness to help me.
I drove there.
I was prepared to pay retail. Know how the system works. Had no problem. Didn't want to wait for a couple of days.
The employees were friendly, smiled and greeted me.
I would highly recommend this company, even if you aren't a contractor.

Much better place to get small plumbing parts than a traditional retail shop (Home Depot/Ace). Only they had the exact toilet flush handle that we needed and I wish I knew about this place before wasting time at traditional retail shops getting nowhere!

I just placed a phone order with Ferguson Plumbing Supply, and it was such a good experience that I want to leave a review. The woman I spoke to understood what I wanted immediately, and found the exact kitchen sink faucet that is broken in our house. She was very nice, helpful, and professional. It made the transaction a pleasure. I highly recommend this store.

The worst possible experience with this place. First, I drove an hour in rush hour and arrived at 4:40pm to pick up a part I ordered only to find out they close at 4:30pm for “winter hours.” You’ve got to be kidding me. Even the main sign says it closes at 5pm (see photo). Then, like a good boy I drove all the way back to the store the next morning at 7am (again through rush hour). I then stood in a 1 person line (me) at the register for 20 min while the 2 workers were shooting the breeze with a couple of regular customers. I tried to support smaller, local stores, but it’s no wonder why the big box places are taking over. Don’t waste your time here. Next time I’ll be ordering from an online outfit with free shipping. Simple.

Very helpful place, the Clerks didn't stop until they found the parts for me thank goodness cause they were hard to find and I appreciate all they do for those of us who have to earn a buck the hard way!
