We were quoted nearly $2000 by another company for a plumbing repair on our residential rental property. We decided to get input from Tweedy, based on the recommendation of our tenant’s friend. Tweedy dispatched someone the next day and determined that the services recommended by the other company were completely unnecessary and wouldn’t have resolved the issue. Tweedy fixed the problem for $250. They saved us money, time, and additional inconvenience to our tenant. I had an issue with my shower handle and the water would not turn off! I called Tweedy and expressed my concern and they were able to come out to my house within 30 minutes! They were very professional and efficient. They were able to take my payment right after the service with card.

I contacted Tweedy Plumbing for an estimate to replace old cast iron pipes, drains, p-traps, waste and over-flow, copper pipes as well as other work. A plumber from Tweedy came out, evaluated the job and informed me that I would receive an estimate within a few days. Four days later I reached out to the owner's son, and was told that "he would get to it when he had time". Over a week later I received the estimate and contracted them to do the job. Mid stream of completing the work, I was told by their plumber that other problems were found and I agreed to the additional work. I was also informed that the other work on the estimate would be done when my contractor removed the bathtub and completed the framing. I was informed by my contractor that some of the work was done incorrectly and had to be fixed before he could proceed. I contacted the plumber and he had to return twice to fix the work. I was also informed that per the owner's son, "they didn't know when they would be available to complete the remaining work on the estimate and I might want to find another plumber". Tweedy plumbing might be able to handle small jobs like clogged drains but certainly not larger jobs like mine. The owner's son, Channin, was very unprofessional and communicated like a child. Although I was left in a bad position, I did find a competent company to complete the work that Tweedy plumbing abandoned.

Tweedy Plumbing is the best! They are so responsive and are always able to fix any plumbing issues we have. I recommend Tweedy to everyone. I have used other plumbers in the past who do a subpar job and charge a ton of money. Tweedy always takes care of everything and their pricing is extremely reasonable.

Had Tweedy out to snake a main sewer line. They showed up quickly and got right to work. Tech was friendly and knew what he needed to do. Got right to work and then verified the clog was cleared before departing. I would use Tweedy again.
