I went there to make a pickup for a company job site, was able to get in and out quickly without losing that much time appreciate that.

Bought an in stock faucet from Kohler in Irvine and was able to pick it up same day.

Went to get a faucet that i had from 17 Years ago not expecting them to have them and luckily matthew was so helpful and found us the right faucet he is getting it shipped to the store and got us a great deal!! Thanks matthew!!

If I could rate lower than a star on this location I would! It’s extremely disappointing how poor customer service skills these employees have I’d rather shop at a location where I’m treated like a valued customer.

So far, they have been a great company to work with. Good pricing, no waiting and close to the shop.

If you're familiar with ball road Ferguson than you'll feel at home here. They're so slow. Possibly slower then ball road Ferguson. Avoid this one and go to Irvine's location. Much quicker
