Rick is one of the nicest people and such a great representation for Monkey Wrench.
I was so impressed with his expertise and customer service. It’s rare to meet such an honest, kind individual that really makes an effort to deliver exceptional service. So happy I found this company.

Monkey wrench plumbing has been my go to plumbing service for both major and minor issues for several years now. I've unfortunately had some large plumbing issues over the years and monkey wrench has been exceptional in prompt responses and high quality service.

In particular, Luis Munoz has been excellent and has helped solve numerous issues over the years. I always request him when I can because he does such a great job and is always very fair and measured in making sure we do the appropriate work without unnecessarily blowing up the cost.

Luis and the team were absolutely wonderful!
We had to call them after a pipe burst and flooded our entire house—a very stressful situation with a lot of moving parts. From the moment they arrived, the team was informative, patient, and incredibly kind. They helped me navigate every decision with clarity and care, not only addressing the immediate issues but also helping me plan thoughtfully for the future.

Their communication was exceptional, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Luis came and fixed an issue with a valve we were having at our office. He came the very next day and finished the job quickly and with ease. Feels so nice to have a kind and reliable plumber!

I had a great experience with Monkey Wrench and their technician, Ruben. He was very knowledgeable regarding the gas leak I had in my furnace, identified the problem and let me know what to consider going forward. I'd highly recommend Ruben and Monkey Wrench to anyone.

Luis was terrific! Was on time, very informative and gave us options. Cleaned up and did not make a mess to begin with. Very reliable was very happy with his demeanor and willingness to answer questions. Definitely would Have him do any future work we may need.

Luis was wonderful! We have used monkey wrench many times on big and small projects and they are always great.

I had my existing AC compressor heater replaced with a heat pump and new in-attic air handler. Sovann and Ignacio did a great job. Both guys went the extra mile to make the installation neat and clean. They installed the system as if they were installing it in their own homes. I very much appreciated their dedication and professionalism and am very happy with the results.

Luis was absolutely amazing! We had a clogged shower drain and another plumber came and said he couldn’t fix it so I reached out to Monkey Wrench and Luis came the next day and was able to fix it in no time. He was so sweet, happy, respectful, and I was extremely comfortable with him in my home. I will definitely be using him again. I cannot recommend him enough!

Best plumbing supply house around. Josh, Rick, Roman and the guys make my hectic schedule a little bit easier.

Always great customer service if they don't know they will try to help him find out or find the correct product for you.

I called and they said just take a picture and we can give you the part for your toilet. Then I get there and the person says that he needs a serial number for my toilet or something. Well my toilet is pretty universal I find out, so he should not need anything especially with a picture of it! Then after mumbling for a while, says that the parts are 45 dollars. He said that they were real toto parts (my toilet) which was not true. I went to home depot instead and found the parts for 14 dollars. What a rip off. Do not go to this place if you are not a contractor! It should mention only contractors for real prices.

Excellent place to find obscure hard to get fittings and plumbing supplies. Good staff-with great knowledge.
