Snow hit hard this year and I forgot to insulate spigots. Pipes froze then split behind drywall at 4 AM. In my honest view their rapid response van is a superhero truck. They thawed lines with a heat blanket, patched PEX, set heaters in crawl space, and gave me foam covers. Saved me from spending holidays in a hotel .
