The Mike Diamond plumber quoted us $613 when on a $99 call to unclog our kitchen sink. We were later able to clear the sink using baking soda, vinegar and a plunger at a cost of less than $13....buyer beware

Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.

Do not hire this company. Exercise caution when inviting strangers into your home. Coincidently, after having our main drain line serviced; we had a home burglary the very next day. The only individual to see our safe and know when we would gone was the Mike Diamond service technician, Leo Ochoa. Westminster PD have leads on the link between the suspect, Frank Amesquita, and Mr. Ochoa. It’s only a matter of time before the proof presents itself.

Above and beyond for the property - came back the next day and jetted 3X

Total scam, they charged a $20 fuel charge on top of the $80 to come look at a leaking sink. They concealed the charge until after they arrived. Definitely stay away from this company.

Opened up clogged drainage pipe just distal to the kitchen drain (accesed from outdoors) quickly. They left the area clean and charged only $99. The best and most straightforward experience in house repair ever.

Got quoted $99 or free for drain clog by Mike Diamond 800 number, they got there in 45 minutes on time did the job and only charged me just that. No I did not smell test the plumber.. will definitely recommend

Terrible experience - had a blocked drain, my husband had tried clearing with a snake, but with no luck so decided to call 'professionals'. Had to wait two days for availablity, so had no use of our kitchen sink, laundry, dishwasher and utility sink. When they finally did arrive, they were incredibly unprofessional and grumpy. Very little effort put in to actually do anything, told us it was a cracked pipe and quoted $3,500 for 'spot repair'!!!

Called a different local plumber who came the next day, turns out it was just a blocked drain after all and they sorted it within 30mins

I'm very disappointed with the service I received. The "professional" listened to what I had already done and decided that he would not be able to clear my clogged drain, but would take a look. He removed the trap on the sink, shined his flashlight in and said it wasn't possible to clear it unless he used a hydrojet for $417.64 Then also offered to install a clean-out for future issues for a small price of $1,642.71 I thanked him for his time with my 8 month old grandson and no sink, and sent him on his way. The next morning I removed the small plastic adapter to the house drain, got my snake down it EASILY and cleared my own drain for $0. You have "professional" plumbers who treat customers like this? I will be posting a survey everywhere in hope of warning others of your bait and switch tactics. He also left the piece he removed loose when he put it back and it leaked all over my cabinet.

Hamid was uber knowledgeable and patiently explained the work which had to be done to stop the valve leak. Appreciated the professionalism displayed by Hamid and giving future advice on how to maintain the new piece on the valve. Excellent job and would highly recommend Hamid!

Elmer was a gift when our main water pipe started leaking and flooded our hallway and bathroom. He located all the leaks and replaced the pipe with minimum mess and was very efficient. In addition Elmer explained possible causes for the leaks and things to prevent future issues. He was a pleasure to work with and he will be who I request if we ever have a plumbing issue again.

They took care to work carefully and keep things clean. I did take a double hit on the charges because they had to remove 2 sink traps in our back to back bathrooms in order to access the drain line that was clogged. I would use them again if I am unable to snake it out myself.

Detailed in checking out everything to ensure proper installation would be done. Gave pricing quickly. Work looked good and everything was cleaned up. Checked with me at the end to make sure if I had any questions.

I had the best experience with Mike Diamond. So kind and fast. My garbage disposal was broken and he came in and fixed it with just a few minutes. I am very pleased
