We used Justin Time to fix our air conditioning unit and hook up a whole home water filtration system. They were professional and did a great job. Their customer service department even helped to order missing parts from the filtration company we purchased it from. They really went above and beyond! 5 star service!

Our latest experience was no exception. Tyler arrived on time and quickly serviced and flushed our tankless water heater. Then he diagnosed an issue we are having with the water taking way too long to get hot in the kitchen sink faucet. He gave us a couple of options to correct the problem. We picked one and he is returning tomorrow to undertake the repair. He also suggested what we can do to resolve a low water pressure issue with the faucet.that will be an inexpensive DIY fix.

This company is my go-to choice for ALL plumbing and HVAC service! I already reported my first time hiring them to resolve a plumbing issue. I was so impressed by the high quality repair at a reasonable cost that I didn't even consider calling anyone else when I had an HVAC problem recently. First off, let me say that I have gone through TWO outside air conditioning units since buying the house in 1997. The first lasted 23 years and was replace with a new unit in 2019. Both have caused me to seek out repair services multiple times, which has been costly during the 28 years I've been a local homeowner. The most recent failure was caused by an inoperative condensate pump that overflowed and seeped into my office carpet, ruining it in the process by the time I was aware of what was happening. Luckily for me, the company assigned a tech named Cristian to find out what was needed. Not only did he replace the faulty pump with a new one (which I had already purchased), but Cristian was determined to find out why I'd been having breakdowns of a system that was only six years old! He showed me that he was a DIFFERENT breed of technician: extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and NOT the type of tech who makes a quick fix, gets the unit running, and moves on to the next call. Instead, Cristian went the extra mile to fix things that previous repairmen had left behind in order to ensure that the system would run like a champ for years to come! Yes, the final charge was (obviously) a good deal more than I thought it might be for a simple pump replacement. However, the boss gave me a break on the final fee and made it perfectly fair, considering the amount of labor time that it took Cristian to address the WHOLE system and not just a "hit-and-run" quick fix. In sum, I HIGHLY recommend JustInTime for all of your plumbing and HVAC concerns. I'll be relying on this company far into the future!
