Reliable Rooter & Plumbing has been our go-to for now two generations of plumbing needs. We originally had Robert caring for our plumbing needs at least two decades ago, and we knew we could trust him and his team to do the repair right the first time and not charge us an arm and a leg. Now, all this time later, Robert’s son, Bobbie, is the main man and we are always grateful for his care and guidance. What’s particularly helpful is that he’s 300% familiar with the plumbing eccentricities of our Mesa Verde and surrounding housing tracts, and that, quite frankly, is invaluable.

Punctual, flexible, caring and truly Reliable (had to)! Bobby was a referral from a friend and I have referred him to many clients and every single one of them sent back glowing reviews. Yesterday, unfortunately, I had to call him in to help with my house. He did it quickly, it wasn't a fortune and I'll call him again when needed.

I have been using Reliable Rooter and Plumber for many years. They always diagnose the problem, share best practices for repairs, and are very fair in their charges for service. They always do a great job, and are always looking out for th customers best interest first! In this case they did a sewer line repair and correctly addressed the issue (partial repair) and did not gouge the owner for a full replacement.

Reliable Plumbing and their technician, Bobby, did a great job repairing our toilet. I had been trying to fix it for weeks - thinking it was something pretty simple. After accumulating a collection of flappers (none of which fit properly and, as it turned out, was not the problem), I contacted Reliable. Bobby promptly identified the problems, ordered the parts and returned the next working day to complete the repair. Everything was clean after the repair and the toilet works just fine again. Bobby was a pleasure to work with and represents Reliable Plumbing extremely well.

I always have a good experience with Reliable Rooter. The two men who came were courteous and knowledgeable and were able to take care of our problem without even turning off the water. Our basic problem was with a diverter but they also cleaned out our bathtub drain. So happy with their work.

Bobby and Reliable Plumbing is the best. We had a faucet / drain leak and I called in earlier today and same day they got back and said he was in the area and we agreed on a afternoon time. Amazing job!!! Tankless failed, Bobby came on very short notice, beat everyone else’s price, and installed same day! He even added all the flushing lines that were missing from the original install (that’s why it failed!) and sent me pics of the completed work. I can’t say enough about his work and fairness!
