Great company and great service. Very responsive and came out the next day after my call even though it was Christmas week. The technician was very professional and careful, and throughly ascessed the problem and took care of it very efficiently. Highly recommend this company.

I have been using Bobby with Reliable Router for years. It is always a great experience whether a routine issue or a more emergency one. So easy and professional. He always talks thru what he fines and next steps in necessary.

I was not pleased with the service. 1) plumber left puddle of water on my Pergo floor the first day. Service seemed very unorganized - both days plumber did not have required tools with him and on day 1 had to return to his home to pick up a tool
And day 2 had to wait for someone to bring him a tool. ! Plumber was here late in the day 1. - left around 9:15pm!!! Inconvenience to customer.

Bobby is always friendly and solves our problem! We’ve used Reliable Rooter for at least 10 years and have always been happy with his work! This time we had a collapsed drain pipe. He had to get under the slab, dig down and repair the pipe. It was done as quickly and as efficiently as possible! They are an awesome resource!

Bobby saved the day! We had a leak in our attic and we didn't know where it was coming from. At first we thought it was our HVAC. Bobby was friendly and very knowledgeable. Had a main sewer-drain blockage [from horrific City of Santa Ana tree-roots]. Drainage backed up into 2 bathrooms. To say: needed plumber IMMEDIATELY. Called "Reliable Plumbing" [Costa Mesa]. Very caring & helpful over the phone, and they came out within a few hours same day! Polite and efficient and fixed the problem for us. Few days later, today, still working just fine. Reasonable cost! Will definitely use their services again!!!

Started as what we hoped would be a simple snake clean of a kitchen sink drain, but turned out to be a rotted iron pipe from our original build. Bobby tried everything he could to avoid the major pipe rework, and when it was obvious that we would need to replace, he and his team went to work. Had to trench 20 feet across our garage to replace a pipe that joined our main sewer. In the process, they diagnosed that the decline angle of the original build was not sufficient, and was the cause of the blockage issue, just compounding year after year. Pipe was replaced at the proper decline angle, and a new 2-way clean out is now installed, for future ease of access. Bobby walked through every step, even going so far as to send me a video of what my wife was trying to describe to me, as I had been called to work. Totally put us at ease, in a major plumbing situation that we were not anticipating. We will be using Bobby and Reliable Rooter in the future, and will recommend them to friends and family (they've already taken care of my mother's drains; she was very pleased with her results as well). A company like Reliable that takes pride in its work is worth it, every time. Thank you, Bobby!

Update: Subsequent to the above shower drain fix, I had JustInTime put in a whole-house water treatment system. There was a costly miscommunication during the process that the company owned and fixed to my satisfaction and then some. That kind of professional integrity is hard to find these days. I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough.

Brian and crew did a great job repairing a sewer leak in 75 year old cast iron sewer pipe and afterwards meticulously preparing the pipe for lining and doing the lining of the pipe. Brian explained the job in great detail and answered all my questions, even during after hours. Definitely will call JustinTime again.

5 stars for Casey & crew (sorry, didn’t get his helper’s name). He was professional and on time to clear a bathtub drain for my mother. He explained clearly, took my questions, and allowed me to make the decision of whether he should try to force the snake further (it had only gone 3 feet vs 35 feet) or stop since the drain was flowing. He also told me my future options when this happens again. He also looked at the piping from a side panel and checked the water pressure before they left. One star off for no senior discount, as my mother is on a fixed income.

I used this company twice and they do AWESOME!!! job , once for my hot water heater and then for an entire re-plumbing job. Both times the work done was with above what I expected. The crew was professional and the quality was 10 out of 10. I now have a new pipes and bathroom & kitchen sinks. I am very satisfied and will definitely use them in the future. Shout out to "Fonzie" and his team for a great job and experience.

Hired Just In Time to service our split air/ heating unit for its yearly tune up. It needed free on and had him add it to run great. Good prices. Paul is AWESOME. BEST technician I have ever had for services.

Also had Cristian come out to do a hot water heater tuneup and he also is awesome and the best technician for that unfortunately I’m having an issue with my hot water heater and he’s not going to be able to fix it so he is coming back out to install a new one along with new lines, but he was very very honest, friendly professional, knowledgeable, respectful.
If you need plumbing services or air conditioning tuneups or heater tuneup, you need to use these guys because they’re great and they’re very reasonable
