We were referred to Kelly's because our usual appliance repair quit working on our brand of dishwasher (Asko). I was able to get an appointment within two days. They called to confirm, and the operator was engaged, professional and really polite. The technician called within the window to give me a 5 minutes heads up....and the technician was a Woman!! She was incredibly awesome: organized, polite, washed her hands, well spoken....without a doubt the BEST appliance repair person I've encountered in my 40+ years as an adult!! She found the problem, fixed it, and then explained to me how I could avoid it in the future.
I am switching to Kelly's full time and will be requesting the same technician. Thanks!

Ricardo was fantastic. He was prompt, came in an got right to work. Assesses the problem quickly, had all the parts to repair our dryer and it is now working perfect. We were also having a problem with our disposal which he was not originally asked to fix and he found a stone lodged inside it and it is all now working great. We have used Kelly's for many years across many appliances and have always had excellent results.

Our Bosch oven door needed to be replaced. We had purchased it from Sears but Sears service was no longer available. We made a cold call to Kelly's. From the easy automated message-taking voice mail to the quick confirmation of an appointment time to the friendly and EXTREMELY competent service by Shane, Kelly's hit on all cylinders. No question that we will use them again for kitchen appliances.

I have an older Maytag set of washer and dryer... Kelly's Appliance has been instrumental in keeping these units up and running. I plan on running these for years to come.

Kelly’s Appliance Repair did a remarkably thorough and quick repair of my kitchen range and refrigerator at the same appointment. I was surprised to find the repairman had all the parts and tools needed to make the repairs complete. Absolutely great service!

It was wonderful to have a live person pick up when I called. And despite the Holiday crunch they found a time to have a technician come out to repair my washer. Mark was great and made the repair and I'm up and running again! I feel fortunate to have such a great resource with Kelly's Appliance Center.

Sean provided excellent service. He was quick to identify and explain the problem, had a replacement part on hand and completed the repair in no time. Definitely would use Kelly's again.

Mark arrived promptly and was respectful of our need to be masked. He explained everything he was doing as he fixed our refrigerator/freezer, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He cleaned up as he worked and the cost was less than we expected. We will definitely call Kelly's for future appliance repairs.

This company, in particular Joe who came out three times and was a delight to work with and an office manager who talked me through a different repair over the phone are the best. They went miles over what they needed to offer . No need to say more.

Brought in a 17 year old LG microwave for repair. Parts are no longer available, nor is our over the range function with these dimensions in any new unit.

We were in a tough spot. But, Kelly's got our microwave running again for reasonable cost. Communication was good, as well! Thanks!

My dryer was making a lot of noise and I always use Kelly's Appliance Repair so I was able to book an appointment within a few days. Shane came today and within 30 minutes my dryer was like brand new. Kelly's is fantastic!!!

To date we have been very satisfied with Kelly's. Today a repair person came to our house to repair our dishwasher. He was unable to slide the machine out and and suggested for us to get a contractor to loosen it so it would slide out. We immediately had this taken care and attempted to contact the repairman. We were rescheduled for another week out. Counting the first appointment we are not scheduled for another week which equates to 3 weeks in quo. Is this NORMAL???????

My dryer broke yesterday and Kelly’s was able to get someone out this morning. From the first contact they were friendly and professional. Dane, the tech, arrived and was friendly and knew his stuff. He was able to fix my dryer and also give tips for how to keep it going. It was the best repair service call we have ever had for our appliances. We will definitely use them again

I highly recommend Kelly’s Appliance repair and their technician, James Shawgo. I was able to get an appointment right away and James quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven and got it repaired for me. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I also enjoyed my interactions with the office personnel!

Shane came out to fix our KitchenAid dishwasher. It would start but not complete a cycle.
He came in the promised time window,
quickly diagnosed (faulty drain pump) and fixed (removed glass fragment) the dishwasher.
We are very happy.

Technician Sean was professional, courteous and was able to explain exactly what was wrong with our dishwasher. He fixed it in very short order and even adjusted it so the front was flush with the countertop. Thank you Sean and Kelly's Appliances.

They were fantastic. They communicated so extremely efficiently I had multiple people helping me and adjusting timeframes to match my needs. They came right on schedule and fixed things quickly. budget friendly too! :)
