    We were referred to Kelly's because our usual appliance repair quit working on our brand of dishwasher (Asko). I was able to get an appointment within two days. They called to confirm, and the operator was engaged, professional and really polite. The technician called within the window to give me a 5 minutes heads up....and the technician was a Woman!! She was incredibly awesome: organized, polite, washed her hands, well spoken....without a doubt the BEST appliance repair person I've encountered in my 40+ years as an adult!! She found the problem, fixed it, and then explained to me how I could avoid it in the future. I am switching to Kelly's full time and will be requesting the same technician. Thanks!

    Ricardo was fantastic. He was prompt, came in an got right to work. Assesses the problem quickly, had all the parts to repair our dryer and it is now working perfect. We were also having a problem with our disposal which he was not originally asked to fix and he found a stone lodged inside it and it is all now working great. We have used Kelly's for many years across many appliances and have always had excellent results.

    Our Bosch oven door needed to be replaced. We had purchased it from Sears but Sears service was no longer available. We made a cold call to Kelly's. From the easy automated message-taking voice mail to the quick confirmation of an appointment time to the friendly and EXTREMELY competent service by Shane, Kelly's hit on all cylinders. No question that we will use them again for kitchen appliances.
