    Talked to him on the phone about what was going on with my Whirlpool oven. He gave me his rates and appointment for Monday at 10:30am. He was a no call, no show. I would not recommend this business.

    Came when needed and found the source of our KitchenAid oven malfunction. He took time to explain fully our broken part and put in an order to have the part replaced. He will follow -up when the part arrives.

    We reached out to Benicia Applicance Center to look at issue with a refrigerator that had stopped working. The first day we called, they told us they'd call back and confirm when we could expect them and we never heard back. We decided to call again another day (our mistake) and the person who came out spent the majority of his visit lecturing my wife on not purchasing appliances from big box stores or made outside of the USA. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I might even agree with him, but the extent of it was very unprofessional. The serviceman also felt the need to comment on the excessive amount of toys and size of our home for the size of our family...really bizarre.

    Very Sad, that DAN, aka owner of Benicia Appliance, picks or chooses his jobs. .. .. He came to look at our Gas Range, left less than five minutes later, and NEVER came back or even ordered the part like he said he did !! AND after repeated calls, getting "I'll be there when I can" and NO RESPONCE .. .. .. I must say, DAN has repaired our Home Appliances, going back 15 years. .. .. .. And did a good Job !! .. .. .. But in the last year or so, he has disappointed me and my wife. .. .. .. Maybe it's time to Retire Dan .. .. .. smh

    He came out to look at my dishwasher. Went through it, was very knowledgeable. Said he was going to order a part and he would call me when it came in. This was pre holidays so I gave him until after the new year, about 2 months, and then I called him. He didn't remember coming to my house or saying he was going to order a part. Said he was going to check it when he got home because he was on a call. Never heard from him again.

    Dan came to my house twice to try to fix my fridge by melting ice behind it and charged me hundreds of dollars each time. He came a third time after stating he needed to order a part. He never came back again even though I left several messages. All my food got ruined several times and I NEVER got the real problem fixed. He’s a nice guy but I’m NOT happy!
