Constraction reviews in Cotati, California

Francisco and his team did a highly professional job on our siding and windows. Great carpentry and problem-solving skills.

We have used Good Construction twice on big projects- very methodical and concerned with getting the job done correctly and thoroughly. But they get the highest ranking for their communication skills- listening to needs and explaining the process. To us, that is the top of the list when seeking construction assistance.

Dusty is the last contractor I’ll ever work with. I more or less came to him with an impossible ask, to do a series of renovations on a 70 year old house in a 15 day window between the close of escrow and the move-in date. He helped us out with ironing out our ideas, was clear with us on what is possible and what isn’t, and how we should best budget our time and our cash to see the biggest return with all the updates we wanted to make, and when it came to it, his team executed everything better than we had even imagined. He’s personable, honest, transparent, and very professional- provided us with regular reports including photos, hours logged, and progress made across his team and all of the subs he used. 11/10 would recommend and he will be the only contractor I call for as long as he’s in the business.

Good Construction is better than good. I have used them twice for home repair and restoration projects. Their workmanship has been exceptional, and the price has been more than reasonable. Everything undertaken was well explained and carried out as promised in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier and will use them again any time the need may arise.

La mejor compañia

We needed extra storage and a more modern style. Their team supplied useful recommendations and made the process simple to follow. The quality of the job is outstanding, and everything was completed on time. We've been utilizing the new area for a while, and it still feels like a significant improvement every day.

Great company

As fine a construction company as can be found.

best construction company in the Bay area

Best top quality construction company in the Bay Area.

Honestly I don't know this company, but doesn't look good when they park a company vehicle in a handicap stall by the gym without a placqrd or plates.

What an awesome place situated right next to the square easy to get to in a really cool historically significant building a must-see if you're in the area

If you want care and honesty this is the company to choose. From owner to employee they are a family and work is impeccable!

Shelly tackled a sizable project with intricate openings, demonstrating her commitment and expertise. Despite its time sensitivity, we successfully met the deadline, thanks to her collaboration. I highly endorse Stockham Construction; they did an excellent job. Well done, team!

I was just cut off on the freeway by one of your drivers. The need to be "one" car length ahead of me put lives in danger. It's 5:30 in the morning, there is no traffic. Ridiculous!!! Learn how to drive like a human!!! Hwy 680 and Hwy 4 interchange.

Seth and the crew went above and beyond to remodel our kitchen into our dream layout!

Worked on my ADU and the whole crew was amazing! Hard workers and skilled craftsmen!

Seth and Skylar have done lots of work for me and I’ve always been happy with everything they’ve done! Their attention to detail is second to none!
