First time using elevated Comfort for HVAC and I was really impressed with the knowledge and skill of the technician who came out his name is Zack Taliaferro. I work in the trades and know a good craftsman when I meet one Elevated Comfort should be thrilled to have Zach on board.
And then the follow up service was the installation of new ducting and Aiden and his partner. Alejandro did a really good job. Nice young man and very capable.

Mr. Hampton is very professional. He is so friendly as well. Ruth, my neighbor, and I are really grateful.

I had Ryan come to give me a quote on a new furnace and adding AC - he was very thorough on the information so I could decide which was best for my needs. I would recommend this company for their thoroughness and professionalism. The office people are so very friendly and accommodating.

Brandon from Elevated Comfort was very thorough and explained everything very well as he inspected our furnace. We were really impressed.

Brandon and the team were amazing. Not only did they show up within two hours of me making a call for help, they solved a problem. Another company had been unable to with much more time.

To top it all off, although they had been coming out as a second opinion, free of charge, when I asked how much I could pay them for fixing the issue on site, they refused payment, saying this one was on them. Truly remarkable. Definitely who I will be reaching out to again in the future.

Installed a new furnace in our attic and removed our old one. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Definitely recommend their service.

Zach was able to eventually reach Tech help on the telephone for our heat pump. Repairs would be so expensive we decided we’d probably be better off trying a new (and different) one. 🥹

Our furnace went out and they came by on a Saturday to fix it. Very professional and they even lent us 3 big space heaters to keep the bedrooms warm during the 3 days we didn't have heat. 10/10 would recommend

Very thorough system inspection. August gave detailed facts and suggestions about maintaining the heater and AC units. He made sure that he had answered all my questions and was satisfied with the service before he left. Highly recommend!

Unlike several other companies that said they could fix this and then decided they don't even touch them unless of course I want to buy a whole new furnace system, This guy came out on time polite got the job done. Very helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and what needed to be done.

Brandon was professional, friendly and on the job quickly. He listened to our experience with the furnace and got to troubleshooting then explained what he found. Showed up a video of the interior of the furnace. We had enough information to make our decision and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. The price we paid will be applied to further work to improve our hvac situation.

Not sure which location, pretty sure it was Cotati, but either way, the whole experience was just great, from initial consult, to contract, through install of my heat pump water heater. Office staff, sales person, and install techs were friendly, thorough, responsive, and extremely helpful. Nice clean job, really terrific people, great process. My 83 year old mom's furnace went out. We had another company come and try and fix our furnace. They did not fix it so we called Elevated.. our service man, AUGUST, was so wonderful, fixed the furnace in an hours time. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Elevated for your a/c and furnace.

Purchased a new heat pump to replace a furnace that was over 26 years old. These guys are clean, efficient, good at communicating and thorough. Their work is high quality.

I thought I just needed some service to an old wall heater. Come to find out it needs to replaced and we are not ready to upgrade. Elevated Comfort and most other companies no longer replace these for like items. Although they were not able to help me all the technicians I spoke with (August, Ryan and Zach) were super knowledgeable helpful and gave me pointers on getting the job done safely and correctly. I am super appreciative for their honestly and care.

Called in for a diagnostic on a newly installed residential system… Scott showed up and was able to troubleshoot a short in the wiring super quick! Saved us a headache and had our furnace back online in no time! Very happy with the results and the price. Way to go Elevated Comfort.
