We called Elevated on Saturday morning, and they had a service tech out to the house within about an hour. August was beyond helpful, and was thorough in inspecting our ducts and furnace. He didn’t push us in any direction, and we felt that we could trust his advice. I highly recommend using Elevated with any HVAC needs!

Zach was on time, kind, respectful of my house, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He performed a turn-up on the heat system. He was not pushy to sell anything unlike other companies. I paid the exact small fee as advertised. I will make Elevated comfort my go to HVAC company from now on.

Our Elevated Comfort service tech was pleasant, informed, and thorough. He assessed our 38 year old furnace, cleared ages of filth, and visually inspected the attic ducting. It was clear to see that it is time for replacement, and we're NOT pressured, shamed or guilted. Nice company. We are entertaing a new purchase.

Alex fixed the 'whistling' issue that arose from the initial installation 18 months ago. He arrived on time, implemented the fix and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied. The owner, Matt, was quick to address the issue and instruct his team to handle. I'm happy with the result.

Zach was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he as going to do and provided the reading and upper and lower limits he was looking for and shared the as he was taking the readings.
He made sure I understood my options to my Satisfaction before moving on to the next step. He was very accommodating and had booties ready before entering the house, which we really appreciated.

FAU went out a week prior to Christmas. Was able to schedule a service the next AM. Tech was on point, got in- went to work. Found the problem, showed pictures of what was wrong.
Unit had a cracked heating manifold- more cost effective to replace the unit than repair.
Spent more time than they needed to to explain our options.
Will use again.

Jan2,2026- installed new FAU unit. Team did a great job, heat finally !!!! Clean install. Original install had the filter under the house so you needed to crawl about 50’ under the house to change the filter. Rectified that condition and now the filter is inside - so now it may actually get changed. Great Job team.
Crew was personable, answered questions, set us up for what we need to know.

01.13.2026 update ****
Unit stopped working a week after install. Steve came out and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. Issue was a faulty plug that tripped… he explained it, fixed it so that it should no longer be a problem, everyone is once again happy. For the record- the plug was an existing GFCI that was not really required to be protected- that was the culprit.

I had an AC system installed a couple years ago and the experience was great. Noticed the cooling wasn’t as strong as previous years and they found out it was a pinhole leak and fixed that under warranty. I just called to have my heater replaced and had a great experience with Ryan. It gets installed at the end of this week but I’ve dealt with this company a half dozen times and whether it’s a phone call or in person everyone I have met has been super friendly and not pushy at all. The prices are fair and they make it easy to work with them. I didn’t even get multiple bids on the heater this time cause I really enjoyed the last experience I had.

Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and very patient. He spent a lot of time explaining things in detail, looking at our system and figuring out solutions, and then helping us to understand options! No decisions were made and he was very no pressure about pushing us to. He will send various estimates for said solution options, and follow up next week. Couldn’t ask for more in a technician.

My furnace quit during the cold spell in December 2025. Brandon from Elevated Comfort came out to see if could be repaired - turns out it was 56 years old so needed to be replaced.

Matt came out the next day, evaluated what I needed, and provided bids for several options. He did not push me to take the most expensive option, instead he provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision.

He also loaned me space heaters to help warm the house until the install could be done.

The team that did the installation was equally professional and explained everything they were going to do, what they found during the install, and walked me through the system when they were done.

New furnace is up and running and house is warm again!

Absolute fantastic experience with Elevated Comfort! From the sales consultant, to the installation technicians, to the office staff, everyone was professional and coordinated everything seamlessly. The price for our new, top-of-the-line heat pump was completely reasonable. We're extremely happy with the installed system and the noticeable difference it has made. Zach T. came out, did a free check up on our furnace & explained the issues that needs to be addressed. He then came back on a different day & completed all the necessary repairs. He was a pleasure to work with.

Super competent, punctual and competitively priced. I've had some terrible experiences with HVAC out in West County and this was very much the opposite. My tech Zach was excellent, took plenty of time to address every concern and was not pushy or a slimy sales guy at all.

The instal guys were great totally repected the space and dogs. Project manager was helpful and great, and they gave the best price and longest 0% interest. We have a new electric furnace, and AC and they also installed a new electric water heater that was actually earthquake and drain safe. Highly recommend.

I was reminded about who to call when my furnace stopped working by seeing one of their work vans on the highway. Once the job was completed, my comfort was indeed elevated! My only complaint is being asked to leave a review five (5) times. I’d prefer to be asked once and only once, when the job is completed — not after the diagnosis appointment, not again before the repair has even begun, not after day one of the repair, but only when the job is done. ✅

Replaced our 20 yr old leaking and cracked heating system and ducting in our residence. Work was done professionally, timely and on budget. Cost was competitive. Ricky And team memes were great to work with. Highly recommend Elevate.

Brandon from Elevated Comfort came out to clean and inspect my heating system. He was very polite and friendly. He took pictures of the significant issues going on in the system. He explained what he saw that needs to be repaired. He then sent me (via email) the pictures and estimates for the repairs. Absolutely NO pressure tactics, which I sincerely appreciate. Everyone I have spoken with there, Sharon, Christina and Brandon have been very friendly and helpful. They are now my “Go to” company for any issues related to my heating system. Locally owned and awesome!

Working with Elevated comfort has been great! From my initial quoting with JP (easily beat the big guys) to the install with Ricky and his team. They were also able to do the install in one day!!! They did a great job and were so easy to work with. I will be using them in the future!

Home furnace went out over night. Called and spoke with Camille at 1020 and she was able to get 2 technicians out within the hour! Mike and TJ were friendly, helpful, and professional. They had the furnace resolved and out the door long before sunset. Thanks again fellas.

Elevated Comfort incorrectly installed a new 2-stage furnace and blower one year ago. After six months, they enabled the 2-stage feature at my request and did not charge me for the blower repair. Today they repaired incorrect gas pressure settings and made the furnace’s status panel easier to read. The furnace now works correctly. This second repair was also free.

Elevated Comfort is a great company. The first time I worked with them was in 2020 when our heater was emitting Carbon monoxide. They can run and replaced our heater in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable, professional and polite. So much so our neighbors hired them for HVAC work as well.

About a week ago, I noticed insulation coming out of our ducting on the first level. I called elevated comfort and was able to get in a few days later. Upon inspection, they discovered rats and mice had been chewing into our insulation defecating and urinating in the duct work. Yuck! They provided a quote on the spot and gave us several options. They then fit us into their schedule within 3 days… and the day after Thanksgiving! So grateful for their crew. As always, they were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Will hire them again and again, but hopefully next time by choice and not because something’s broke!
