The woman receptionist is extremely rude and angry and uses an awful sarcastic tone and just a really unpleasant person to speak with over the phone. Terrible customer service.

Roy's came by first day, assessed the problem and cleared out pipe the next morning. They are prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend.

Be careful. This company is very specifically not a plumber's service. They were hired to fix a slow draining sink and tub for a rental property. They came and put in 1.5 hours of billable work, and left, with the sink drain still dripping underneath(it was dripping before). No notice from them that it wasn't fixed, or that they couldn't fix it because they aren't plumbers. Called them back to have them fix it, to be told, rudely, they wouldn't and they didn't have to tell me that the drain was still leaking, because they don't know how many times the tenant had already told me about it. Save yourself the hassle and just call a real plumber, unless you have a very specific problem! I'm definitely not using them ever again.

I had a sewer line clog and not only did he fix the issue, he cleaned and Sanitized my Bathtub, the toilet and all the equipment I had used before him. This is QUALITY SERVICE I can't imagine using anyone else. And another Plumber referred them to me. And finished with a Very Fair Price

Nasty water from a clog upstairs leaking right into the kitchen had the family gagging. My buddy who is in commercial plumbing recommended these guys. They showed up, fixed tge problem, communicated well, and were professional and friendly. John is the man.

One of their drivers isn’t very courteous. He sped up to now allow me to merge, tailgating the car in front of him for whatever reason on 101 in Petaluma and of course I ended up right behind him in Cotati and he was on his phone.

A disabled senior 3 Hour Plumbing Nightmare. After two and a half hours the worker decided to bring in the right piece of equipment to do the job. Plus $500 to remove / replace a toilet. $1,250 to unplug a toilet drain!!! Said overtime should have been added to that and showing up at 4pm. Left job unfinished with glass they broke in drain - I had to clean up shreds of glass off floor, and clean and caulk toilet. Yikes! - Priced like but Not licensed plumbers - No Repairs you have to call someone else.

I had an external drain that was running slow. Curtis came out and cleared it - 150 feet out - then cleared if again from the lower end. Incredible job and Curtis was very patient. Highly recommend

Our plumbing started backing up/moving slow one night. We assumed our tank was full and needed to be pumped (a first time for us). I got a referral to Roy's and called them first thing in the morning. After describing what happened the person on the phone agreed that was probably the case and would send their pump truck out. 2 men showed up in under an hour (I apologize but their names slipped my mind). They introduced themselves, exchanged a few words and started in checking the tank. They were kind, courteous, personable, and put us at ease pretty quickly. I had to leave to work but they went over everything with my wife and even helped her to take a look inside the tank to understand what they were saying. Fast and courteous, highly recommend

Roto-Rooter helped us with two different issues in one week. First, Brandon did an awesome job replacing our twenty year old water heater. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he had done, and made sure we knew how to operate the new system before he left.
We needed to call Roto-Rooter a second time, when we woke up to a huge pool of water from our backyard sprinkler system. We were unable to locate the source of the underground leak. When I called, Jose was very kind, and assured us they could solve our problem. Jeremy arrived less than thirty minutes later. It was 104 degrees!
He was incredible! Through Jeremy’s experience, and tenacity, he located, and repaired our broken pipe that had been damaged by roots. We are very grateful!
Brandon, Jeremy and Jose are exemplary employees. They represent Roto-Rooter extremely well!

Called Roto-Rooter when I discovered that my 2 toilets were plugged! Was promised that someone would be there in 30-45 minutes…and they arrived right on time as promised! Ernie, the technician was professional, courteous and determined to locate the problem, and he did. The issue was resolved and my sanity restored!
