They showed up within 90 minutes of my call on a Saturday. Jesse worked the problem until all was solved. Both a cracked clear out that was leaking and a clog. Great knowledge and service, Jesse did a great job and in a very tight and inhospitable craw space. Thanks Jesse!

Alex arrived at my home quickly and got to work on my backed up drains. He determined our main line was the issue and cleared it. He was clean and explained the procedure well. The price was extremely affordable. This is a family owned business doing a great job.

I was very happy with the service provided. I was able to get next day service for a non-urgent problem. The tech showed up a few minutes early, quickly diagnosed the problem & was able to take care of the problem in a very short time. I love that they guarantee their work. Brandon and John did a great job! I had a split water line to the house under a concrete sidewalk. Someone came out within 30 minutes to give an estimate late in the day. Brandon and John were there first thing in the morning and completed the pipe and concrete repair by early afternoon. It was not inexpensive, but the turnaround was fast and the quality of the work was excellent - well worth it to get the job done right!

Brandon and John did an amazing job with connecting a hose bib to my house. They both have great customer service skills. They checked in with me when they arrived on site, and finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after they were finished. Roto-Rooter has a fast call back when scheduling.

Wonderful service. Would give 10 stars if I could. I called last night and they were here first thing this morning. Jesse, my Tech was polite,very knowledgeable and made me aware of the worst possible scenarios prior to starting. There were roots in my main causing the problems. He was able to clear the whole drain and now everything is working beautifully. Jesse said they would be sending someone out with a camera to view the whole line and confirm it’s clear - free of charge.Thank you so much Jesse and Roto Rooter.
