They came right out after we found 2 ground nests of yellow jackets in our yard the day before we had a large party there. Wonderful service!

Ty came out and checked all the locations I had identified. He found 2 nests and took care of them quickly and safely. All gone with the first treatment. He was also very informative and I learned more than I already knew.

I just want to say how great our experience has been with Vector Control. We live in Kenwood and had both a yellow jacket and tree hole mosquito infestation in our yard. Nick came out within 2 days of our call and took care of both problems for us. He was prompt, polite and even educated my wife and me about insect populations and control. This is the second year in a row now we've had a positive experience. A great county service!

I got a quick response (within 2 hours) from a pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable technician who spoke with me and looked around the property to identify the source of mosquitos. He provided me with options and did some treatment while he was out.

My only complaint is that the agency doesn't have mosquito fish available until mid-May each year, so I need to call a second time to get fish for my pond. That's not a bad reflection on the technician. I just think the agency should keep a waiting list/back order list so I don't need to call again for the fish, since they already have all the info they need to get fish to me.

Good educational info and easy contact process on their website. Responded quickly—within 1 day. Phone call ahead of time. Friendly service by Brad for in ground Yellowjackets in ground nest which were mostly gone within a couple of hours.
Nick came later the same day—very friendly and educational as he walked the entire perimeter for potential spots and educated me how to proactively keep rodents at bay. Excellent service! Highly recommend both guys!

Absolutely wonderful service! They removed yellow jackets from their in-ground nest in less than 24 hours after I submitted a request. They expedited it because we had a person who was allergic to bee/yellow jacket stings living close to the nest. And the service was free! Truly remarkable nowadays.

Vector Control which is a free service in Marin came out twice to take care of a yellow jacket colony underground at our front door entry. Let's hope they got them all this time!

The Marin-Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control represents what a public agency is at its very best. Having called for their assistance twice in the past to remove underground yellow jacket nests, I found everyone I dealt with to be extremely professional and caring.
In my most recent experience, Carolyn, who took my call was knowledgeable, friendly, and totally responsive to my request. And, Tyler, who showed up the next morning to address the problem was every bit the professional that any organization would be happy to have on their staff.
I hope that I never have to call on them again, but if I do, I’m confident that the problem will be resolved in short order.

In the last couple of years, I have contacted the Marin Sonoma Vector Control to come out to my home to eliminate underground Yellowjacket nests. Today, a technician came out and located the entry point of the nest and treated it. He told me it would take no longer than three days to eliminate the problem, or he would come back. This is a free service to protect the public. They also have a program to manage mosquito populations to reduce the risk of disease. I really appreciate the services they provide.

Daniela and her dad were wonderful to work with. They trimmed our two large trees and did an outstanding job! I am more than pleased working with them and look forward to the next time.

Absolutely wonderful company from start to finish. Returned our call and came out for an estimate quickly, zero surprises at the end. The owners of north bay were on the property the whole time working with their crew. Really, I can’t say enough nice things.

The quality of work was exceptional- we had multiple 60year old fir trees done. They were able to tell us which ones were healthy and which ones were not, and some had to come down regardless as they were a threat to our home if they fell. The trees were about 110’ tall and close to the house, but it wasn’t a problem for them at all. They even took the stumps down beautifully.

They do small stuff too, they trimmed bushes that we had failed to maintain because of the location on a steep hillside and our lack of knowledge.

Their climbers and other workers were professional, they worked safely and without any more noise or disturbance than necessary and all of them behaved like people we want to have working at our home.

The price was more than reasonable, and they went above and beyond - even taking out a dead branch on a neighboring tree (that we had talked about and they knew we planned to do in the future)

Francisco and Daniela went above and beyond. We will call them for any tree needs in the future and would recommend to any of our neighbors or friends.

Run do not walk to your phone to call North Bay Tree Service (NBTS). They came to our home to trim two large trees . . . one was planted nearly 50 years ago and has great sentimental value. The quality of their work was AMAZING. The care in which they took to make sure our trees were done well was thoughtful. We cannot wait till spring to see these trees show off their new "hair style". Thank you NBTS!
