I was ready to cut this carpet out myself. It had Layers of dog pee & toddler art projects & dirt. Archie made it look just about brand new!!!!

We are excited to have guests over now!

I highly recommend North Coast Carpet Care! They arrived in the window I chose and did a spectacular job cleaning my sectional sofa. I am very happy with the results and the enzyme deodorizer really works! We have two small dogs and now my sofa smells new again. They were able to get all stains out, too!

I have called upon this company several times. An each time they have been quick to respond, work to fill all requests, professional,
Quick an do a fantastic job. I ask for joe every time he is great!
This company I find very trustworthy they have done mine an my daughters home. An even returned to go over the carpet again when spots had remained no charge. All came out perfect, no harsh smell dried quick all easy. Also, learned a lot about carpet care.
Great experience

Excellent service. On time, spent a good amount of time on the stairs and rooms; and they look almost brand new again. Great value, too. We will use them again

North Coast Carpet Care was very prompt in their communications, timely with a cleaning date, transparent in their pricing, and did a thorough job that’s held up a couple of weeks later without any stains resurfacing. What more can you ask?!?

Juan our service tech was great! Came on time and the carpets came out great! Will definitely use North Coast again!

North Coast Carpet's Joe did an excellent job on my couch and two carpets. He arrived promptly and was a pleasure!

Our experience with North Coast Carpet Care was outstanding service from beginning to end. Ashely was prompt to respond to my emails, quotes and scheduling. Archie was punctual, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He left our carpets smelling fresh and looking new again!

Great job by Mario today. I used to use someone else who did a great job as well. But he decided to exit the business/retire. I had used NC carpet years ago. They’ve always done a good job

Everyone was very pleasant as was Jose when he came. I did think since I pointed out the very difficult spots that they might’ve gotten a little better treatment.

Our sofas had never been washed in 7 years we've owned them and they cleaned up beautifully. Communication was prompt and professional. I would go with North Coast again in the future

They arrived on time and gave an accurate estimate of when the work would be done. My only set back was the Persian carpet left out on the porch to dry - it was too heavy for me to move back in the house myself and it got rained on.

Miguel and his brother were AWESOME! Used them for our large 4bedroom vacation rental in Sebastopol and then, because that went so well, we used them for our home.
Great communication, flex with my busy schedule and fair pricing.

Archie was friendly and professional; the cleaning service was done efficiently and we are very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend North Coast Carpet Care to anyone.

Super efficient and clear communication. I was able to get a pretty last-minute appointment. The outcome of the cleaning was fabulous and the cleaning itself was really quick. Super friendly technician. I’ll be using them from now on and recommending to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

I thought nothing could really improve the carpets in the house I just bought but pleasantly I was surprised by the fantastic job done by No Coast Carpet!! Thank you and you did it on such short notice, too! Great job.

The carpet cleaner actually came early after texting me to make sure it was ok (it definitely was), he was polite and did a great job. I thought he went above and beyond answering questions and giving great advice. I’ll definitely call this company for the next carpet cleaning!

I had my carpets cleaned this morning by such a lovely young man. He spent time on the areas that needed a little extra care and he was in and out so fast. Didn't leave a trace, was clean, efficient, and very friendly. I've been using their service for over a decade.

North Coast Carpet did and amazing job getting the smell out of our carpets. They look beautiful and I will definitely be calling them again! Thanks so much for your professionalism and prompt care.

I was able to book quickly after the cat brought in a rat and made a crime scene on my carpet. You would never know how disgusting it looked before! Friendly technician too. Would definitely book again.

Archie was great! He was on time, professional, friendly, and super flexible. He figured out how to get to my classroom through our crazy construction zone. My classroom carpet was trashed from a muddy winter in 2nd grade. He got every spot out and even cleaned my door mat. I thought the price was great for the service and end result I got. Will recommend to our other teachers!
