Amazing! The customer service when I called to schedule the cleaning and the person who came to my house to clean the carpets were both amazing. The carpets look fantastic! The price was really reasonable too.

I will say this is probably the fifth time I’ve used you guys and I’m always very satisfied. I had to use somebody differently last time and I did not like their service at all. I also felt that the carpet got dirty way faster after they cleaned, that has never been my experience with you. I also really appreciated jaun He was a really good attentive person.

Joe cleaned our carpets and he did an incredible job. I was so impressed. He was kind and punctual and courteous. I am so excited to have our carpets so beautifully cleaned.

Juan was very professional did an excellent job on the carpet did not try to upsell us anything just did the two rooms that we requested and I would definitely use North Coast carpets again. In fact we are putting it in our calendar to have an annual cleanings done.

I had three rooms and two hallways cleaned. The technician was fast and got the carpet pretty clean. I would have liked it if he could have cleaned two high traffic spots more. He was loaded and done before I could check the carpet. Overall, the carpet looks much better. I will be calling them again to take care of two more spill sites.

We had a great experience with North Coast Carpet Care. I am the assistant for a family with fine furnishings, and we had a wool velvet sofa that had big sweat marks on it when someone sat on it after working out. I reached out to the interior designers for commendations for cleaning companies, and they said that several of their clients recommended North Coast Carpet Care. They also gave me a few other companies, but when I inquired with those companies, none of them would work on wool velvet. Archie was the technician, and he was personable, professional, and on time. He also cleaned another sofa and a carpet for us. We will use this company again if needed.

Mario cleaned two area rugs and they really do look brand new again! He was able to successfully remove a lot of stains from both carpets. Mario was friendly and professional, and he asked questions about the carpets and other furniture in the room to ensure that everything would be kept safe and in good condition before he got started. He cleaned both rugs in under one hour! It was a great value for the price. The service I received was top-tier. I will be recommending North Coast carpet to all my friends and family! The man who cleaned my carpets was professional, friendly, and efficient. The whole experience, from the first phone call to the office, to the finished product, was just so easy. Such nice people who do a great job.

Purchased a gorgeous wool 13x9 area rug from an estate sale (a great deal). Attempted to clean it myself with a Bissell upright to remove a couple stains and boom!! The odor of human urine bloomed. The devastation.. I spent hours going over and over my beloved rug. To no avail. She reeked. And the fear of going nose blind haunted me. I contacted North Coast Carpet Care online (on a Friday night.. I have a life I promise) and they called the next day on a Saturday!! They got me on their books FOR MONDAY! Joe was super professional and knowledgeable. To guarantee my precious magic carpet would not smell of pee they would have to whisk her away to their facilities for a deep clean. We went ahead and had had Joe clean it on site. The process was super rad and he got it handled efficiently! I learned there is a top and bottom to a rug and the way the fibers lay lends to a different look to the rug. Long short it was a fantastic experience. And it only cost $150! Do yourself a favor do not attempt to clean your rugs/carpet yourself. Its truly not worth your time. Call the professionals at North Coast Carpet Care. Ask for Joe.

This is the second time we've used North Coast Carpet Care and we'll definitely use them again. The service was excellent. The serviceman called to let us know he was 15 minutes away, he arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The office carpet and the sofa look brand new and the carpeting on the stairs, which was in terrible shape looks so much better. He was courteous and friendly and we felt that we'd received a very good value.

Joe was great! Came here on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He was done 45 minutes. The front room carpet and the eight chairs look brand new. I’ll definitely use you folks again and let my friends know that you’re solid company.

North Coast Carpet Cleaners were absolutely wonderful! From calling to make the appointment to all the way through our cleaning, North Coast kept us informed the entire time. Would highly recommend for carpet cleaning. 5 Stars!!!

Technician did a great job. Did his prep work cleaning and then clean up. Was very conscientious about making sure Furniture had pads underneath them after the cleaning was done warning me that the tile floor would be slippery as we walked off the damp carpet to the floor. I'll give him an A+.

Second time I hired this company. First time was 3.5… and I decided to do it again.

This time my area rugs didn’t have simple stains removed. Dirty water Lines left from the water or steaming process that was recommended to be done in my driveway. I didn’t really want it done in the drive way (I’d rather them be taken off site and done somewhere professional but I guess not an option? I’m not sure) because now they are still wet in my driveway with dirt on back side. Whole thing is just a mess. Then the chairs were done and at first stains were hard to remove and he voiced to me that one chair it can’t be removed- I pressed him about it and he was able to get it out (bc I knew it was actually stain removal residue) which I appreciate but am also confused by.

Lastly sofa was pretty good which was a large portion of bill. I’d give the sofa 4/5. I’m not unreasonable I totally get that some stains are just not going to come out.

I think for area rugs to be professionally cleaned they should be taken offsite. Hire these guys for a quick sofa clean but probably not for area rugs or solution oriented stain removal.

I am a first-time customer and could not be more pleased with the service that I received from North Coast Carpet Care. My technician, Juan, was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He arrived when he said he was going to and represented himself with the upmost respect for my home and my time. He did a thorough job and explained the process as he went along. In the end, this excellent customer service will keep me coming back for years to come. And it should also be noted that the estimate I was given was much lower than their competitors which was an added bonus.

I had an old but very nice area rug cleaned by them and they did a super job. They picked up the rug, cleaned it carefully in their shop, and returned it in beautiful shape. They kept to their agreed upon schedule and their price was very reasonable. I was very pleased and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended.
