Project: Meter upgrade/relocate and subpanel installation. Not a large project, not a small project. Required trenching.

Accepted bids from 7 different electrical contractors. The quotes were wildly different. Inception Electric was in the middle and after meeting with Marco and discussing the project and our specific wishes we chose Inception Electric to perform our upgrades. Why? Not pushy, knows National Electrical Code (teaches it I understand), willing to listen and accommodate our goals, fair price.

The crew arrived right on time, about 10 minutes early actually and with city permit in hand. All materials and tools were on hand, nobody had to leave to retrieve additional tools or materials. This is the way all contractors should work. The crew got to work immediately and completed all upgrades the same day. Power was restored and everything worked as normal. The quality of the work was fantastic.

Office staff likewise was very professional and easy to work with for job scheduling, inspection scheduling and making deposit and final payments. They refused final payment until inspection was completed, which it easily passed. Again, this is the way things are supposed to be done.

Would I use Inception Electric again? Absolutely! It's unfortunate that they aren't doing solar installations as of yet otherwise I would use them for our next project of getting solar installed. I understand they may begin at some point in the future and I hope they do.

He provided transparent pricing, and no pressure for the contract work. The company went above and beyond to ensure I understood the work being done.

I referred Inception Electric a friend and local school. My friend was relieved and the school administrator told me that they were able to upgrade their electrical panel and maintain code. They were also quite pleased with the company. I plan to work with Marco and Inception Electric with any electrical need that comes in the future.

I've had two great experiences with Inception Electric. They were selected by Chevrolet to do a free 220V EV charger installation for me, and the process was so easy and professional that I gave them a try on a couple other projects I needed done.

If anything, my experience on those was even better. They were very responsive and set up a convenient appointment to do the estimate and installations all on the same day. Emmanuel, the installer they sent, was terrific, very friendly and clearly experienced. He worked with me to define parameters for the projects and gave me advice for keeping things simple, got me a quick estimate, and then got right to work. Within a couple hours he was done, and left no mess, just beautifully finished work.

I will definitely call them again for future electrical work!

A positivé expérience from the initial phone conversation with Marla to the assessment with Juan, both of whom followed up with me upon completion. Prompt, thorough, and accommodating in a slightly idiosyncratic situation. I rarely leave reviews, except when my expectations are far exceeded.

They did some work last year on our electrical system at the apartments I live at and I have been paying the neighbors back half ever since. I'm really pissed. The back half has the old refrigerator on it. My bill is going to be a hundred dollars this month because who know what they are doing next door but my bill has gone up a lot. I'm gone 12 hours a day. I don't run much I just pay much. I liked the guys personally , nice guys but money is the bottom line. How do I know its true.? I turn off my breaker and they (neighbors) turn it back on.

I contacted Coleman after a kitchen remodel project resulted in loss of
power to some kitchen elec. outlets and same in dining rm. Coleman was able
to send 2 technicians - Ricardo and Luis - the same day.
They did excellent, professional work and answered all my questions/concerns.
I will definitely use Coleman Electric again.

I found the folks at Coleman Electric to be responsive, personable, professional and competent. Robert Jr. was the technician who did the work at my home. He was prompt, well-prepared and patient, explaining all options and answering all my questions. He was able to accommodate all the ideas I had and even added to them. The work was perfect and tidy. I will call Coleman Electric for all future needs.

I interviewed four electric companies to update my 1927 knob and tube-wired house. Coleman doesn't dramatize professionalism with fancy uniforms and gimmicks. They have it. Recommended by my Heat and A/C installers, I've never seen harder, more focused and expert work in any field. Team members--Robert, lead, Larry, and trainee Derek--came with complimentary skills. Marla shepherded the project like a good parent. They're that good!

Robert and Kevin were able to fix our lighting issue that we’ve had for a long time. Two or three other technicians came before them and were unsuccessful. It’s so nice to come to the office now with our fixed bright lights! Thanks again, Robert and Kevin!

My insurance company was going to non-renew my insurance unless I got an Electric Panel Upgrade. I contacted AR Electric and they gave me a great quote for the Panel Upgrade and also an EV Charger Installations. Jose came, was very friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when he was done. I am in Manhattan Beach, and I am writing this review to recommend AR Electric if you need an Electrical Panel Upgrade or an EV Charger Installed. Actually, I would call them if I needed any Electrical Work done in the future.
