Excellent experience using this company! Fritz came out the same day, he was very patient in explaining the repairs I needed and possible options, once I authorized the repairs, he proceeded to complete all the requested work in a reasonable amount of time, very clean in his work. Will be using him again for any future work.

The technician, Fritz, showed up on time, was very polite, and replaced my kitchen light fixture same day.

Our existing AC unit had to be replaced, and the new one necessitated a dedicated breaker, which also had to be upgraded from 120v to 240v. Fritz from Just Electric provided us with a quote and managed to finish the job on the same day, anticipating the impending heat wave. We are extremely satisfied with the service, quality, and speed of the work. We highly recommend Just Electric Services and intend to hire them again.

Amazing work. They came out and installed a new GFI, plus two circuits on Christmas Eve. Fritz was very professional and helpful in what otherwise would have been a rough day if it weren't for his assistance. Strong recommendation!

SCE had a power outage. When it came back on none of my appliances worked. I checked the breakers and they were all on. I called Just Electric at 6:30 Sunday night and Fritz was out within the hour. He figured out my breaker was only 1/2 working. He changed the breaker and all my power was back up by 8:30. Worth every dollar and was super friendly. I would highly reccomend even if its not an emergency. Thank you.

Excellent service. First time customer, called on a late Friday afternoon before a major holiday weekend at 4:15pm, and got a quick response from Frank. They promised to be there sometime between 5-6pm, but the technician Fritz showed up exactly on time at 5pm, and I told him of two major electrical issues inside my house. He performed a thorough evaluation of the local areas and circuit box before giving me a detailed diagnosis and proposed work plan. After I agreed to it, he performed the work professionally and courteously, not minding the messiness he had to work around or the loud barking of my excited dogs. The process took only two hours; it might have gone faster but he patiently took the time to answer my questions and explain how to avoid future issues. Once done, we checked the work and both problems were fully resolved. Fritz restored my power, replaced receptacles, and replaced a breaker to fix everything. I am very happy I contacted Just Electric and will be definitely reaching out to them for all my electric needs, not just emergency repairs but also for overdue upkeep and sensible replacements. Update 02/02/24: When I thought an outlet had stopped again, I reached out to Fritz to see if he could follow up some time in the next two weeks, and he made himself available same day despite an already busy schedule. It turned out to be a faulty appliance and not the outlet or previous work, but he was good natured about it and didn't charge me for the embarrassment. Very appreciative and will definitely continue to use Just Electric!

Ok, I usually do my own electrical stuff. I just wanted someone to help me out. The goal was to save me some time. Plus, I had a ton of other things that needed to be done. So, they send this unlicensed tech guy who barely spoke English. All I needed was to install a light fixture. Super easy. Well, since he was talking to my wife, he decided to try to rip her off. He wanted to run a $2000 conduit for a ground wire. WHAT? Yeah, not the black one, the bare copper one. Who does that? My wife knew immediately that he was a scam artist. It was a complete waste of time. Don't EVER use this shady company!!

In response to your response, I think people should read the 1 star reviews. They are more accurate. Your goal is to rip off customers and take advantage of them, especially if you think they don't know anything. Run a conduit for one copper ground wire? Really?

Hey owner, see that thin wire going down from the bracket? That's called the ground wire. I replaced this fixture myself without spending $2,000 from a sketchy unlicensed electrician from Just Electric.

Called for power outage on Saturday. Quick response from FRITZ. Issue was resolved promptly. Great customer service.

I had an electrical issue and they came out the same morning. They did a great job. They thoroughly explained the work needed and gave fair pricing. I would definitely use them again.

I reached out to Just Electric/SGV Electrician to get a quote for a garage re-wire and repair a wired doorbell and chime in my home. No other electrician that I contacted ever responded, except for SGV Electrician. Called on a Monday, Fred (electrician) came out to check out the existing condition of the garage and the doorbell in the main house, scheduled to do repairs to the doorbell for Wednesday. I received a call that Fred was available possibly Tuesday afternoon (lucky us!), so we were able to have our doorbell installed on Tuesday afternoon. Quick service, professional, friendly, and most importantly STRAIGHTFORWARD. We will be calling them again after the holidays when we need our garaged rewired with extra outlets and switches installed. Thank you, Fred!

Called at 4 am, and they answered the phone! Our breaker at the store had been vandalized, and we needed the power back to resume operations. Their expertise showed in their quick troubleshooting, fast service and replacement of parts. Thanks "Just Electric" for bringing the power back.

I called Just Electric after finding their sponsored Google ad, which made them seem like a reputable and reasonably priced electrical service. I was told over the phone there would be a $125 dispatch fee, but it would be applied toward the cost of any work if I chose to move forward. That seemed fair, so I agreed.

Once the technician arrived, he barely looked at the issue and quoted me $1,600 to fix three basic light fixtures—an absolutely outrageous price for such a small job. I declined the service immediately.

I called the company afterward to request a refund of the $125 since no work was done and the quote was unreasonable. The owner told me I was “out of luck” and refused to refund the fee, even though they had originally claimed it would go toward the work.

This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic—lure customers in with the promise of fair service, then hit them with an insane quote and keep the fee regardless. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. There are honest electricians out there—this is not one of them.

Fritz and Oscar were amazing! They helped us add a plug into our old home for our dishwasher. The work was really quick and they cleaned up afterwards!
