During a recent heat wave, our A/C went out. It seemed the coolant might be depleted as the A/C fan was blowing hot air. We called Home Runners Heating and Air and they recognized the urgency of the situation and worked around our busy schedule to come out and conduct an inspection and perform necessary maintenance and repair. The technician, Daniel, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty voltage regulator, and provided us with several package options at differing price points. We opted to go with the package to replace the voltage regulator, install a hard start kit for the compressor, conduct a professional cleaning, and upgrade the thermostat to a Wi-Fi Smart one. Daniel was friendly (even with our protective large dog), knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. He came out on his own time (after-hours) to swap out the thermostat with a more user-friendly model and took the time to fully set it up and showed us how easy it was to use. We are so impressed with the quality and professionalism of this company that we are considering having them install an A/C system in our vacation home. Absolutely recommend Home Runners Heating and Air to all our friends and family!

At our previous home in West Covina, we were an unfortunate client of some short sighted work from a different company and had to replace a “brand new” compressor within two years - Michael and his team did a spectacular job replacing the entire duct work and moving the furnace up to the attic that actually gave us a new closet space!!
We have since moved but still trust their team to service our new home in San Dimas
